Derp, they're already selling for less than I bid. Whatever, it'll be okay... I think the value someday will be significantly higher. The trend seems to be the OOP cards go up a lot in value. Even some of the rewards cards that used to be penny cards.

No problem! You have to combine them manually. It's important to know that once you combine them, they cannot be uncombined.

Click the boxes for each card, then the + button that's inside the star:
