Chickpea noodle soup

Today lunch is nutritious vegetarian chickpea noodle soup.
One bowl of it made me really full.

နေ့လည်စာ တော့ အုန်းနို့ခေါက်ဆွဲ။ အုန်းနို့ခေါက်ဆွဲဆိုပေမယ့် အုန်းနို့ မထည့်ပါဘူး၊ သွေးတက်တတ်လို့ပါ။ ပန်းကန်တစ်လုံးဆို အတော်ဗိုက်ကားသွားတယ်။

This looks very tasty for a Vegan dish.~ How does coconut milk noodles work without coconut milk, by the way?

It is still delicious but I couldn't eat much just one bowl :) . My sister added some evaporated milk intead of coconut milk because my mom and I have hypertension. I didn't know it is called Vegan dish. Thank you for your comment.

Mmmm that looks good! Since it's vegetarian, I could eat that all day if I don't get full! Probably because I have a big stomach and a wild taste! Nice silver chopsticks too! :)

This is the pea that was used for the soup. I didn't know how to call it in English. I had to look it up in Myanmar-English dictionary. And it gave me the name. Maybe it is called by other name in your region. Thank you for your comment.
