What to put on crackers

I'm trying out different cracker toppings for lunch. The usual was mostly cheese with some greens on it, but cutting back on cheese and other milk products is my next goal.

Bought hummus and guacamole today and tried the guacamole with basil leaves and tomatoes. Pretty good, although I mostly just tasted the tomatoes. They are soooo good... Rivolo tomatoes, they're growing in my garden this year 😍

(These are store-bought though, still only spring...)

Anyway, I also want to try a dairyless garlic butter, but Lidl didn't have that. Maybe even make my own one day.

Ah well, cutting back on animal products, one product at a time!
