Finally put my foot down and spoke my mind,
for repeated occurrences of unfairness.
It feels good, though the outcome is still uncertain.
Just by speaking up I can feel the energy shift.
No more complaining, time to set things right.

One of the important things in critique is offering the alternative, along with the problem.

Oftentimes, you should just let the person speak up regarding their problems when it is comfortable for them. 🤨 Telling a question to an unwilling person would just pressure them to give forced, vague answers (like his reply below). 🤨🤨
