You know #housing prices are getting out of hand in #Utah when newbies at work are complaining that it's 75% of one of their post-tax paychecks for the month.

That is dangerously unsustainable.

A few years ago I was looking for land in Utah to basically use as a base camp when I travel up there a few times a year or a bug out from when shit really hits the fan. I sadly watched as the prices kept going up and up until I gave up. This was land out in the desert too, not Provo or St. George, etc. Guess I'll just have to stick to camping on public lands....

Yeah, I've seen the prices even out in the desert. They are getting pricey.
