Onions on your pizza?

It is called Fugazza

Some call it fugazzeta. I'm not sure what the difference would be between the two names.

It is bread with about two and half whole onions chopped and placed on top.

I have always liked onion on my pizza, but this is ridiculous!

I have actually tried it and it's pretty good if the onions are somewhat browned on the tops as in the foreground.

Something new for those who don't have it available in the country of your covid.

The fugazza can be with or without cheese, while the fugazzeta is always with cheese and in the center, that is, stuffed. Generally to the fleeting it is styled to make it square.

Perhaps it's abit too much onion but I don't mind onions in my Pizza I think it's something I would have to try but it does look good.

Hello dear friend @ sponge-bob good night.
This pizza looks delicious, I must admit it has whetted my appetite.

The difference between both pizzas is the width of the mace, the fugazza pizza is of thin dough and onion, while the fugazzeta is a wide dough of onion and cheese

Enjoy it
