Arbusto oriundo de Madagascar, perteneciente a la familia de las euforbeáceas, muy fácil de cuidar, sólo requiere riego moderado y luz solar, es resistente a la sequía, y suelos áridos se desarrolla muy bien incluso en macetas.

A bush native to Madagascar, belonging to the Euphorbeaceae family, very easy to care for, it only requires moderate watering and sunlight, it is drought resistant, and arid soils develop very well even in pots.

Caracteristicas

Sus flores son pequeñas matizadas, de forma redondeada y crecen en conjuntos, formando grupos muy llamativos, también pueden ser de color melocotón, anaranjadas, amarillas y blanca. Sus ramas son gruesas y esbeltas con espinas y hojas alargadas verde intenso en contraste con el colorido de sus flores. Puede crecer hasta más de un metro de altura, y en estos casos sus ramas asumen un nivel protagónico, dándole un porte más destacado y diferente.

Es una planta común en los jardines privados y espacios públicos, por su resistencia a los climas tropicales y aporte ornamental.

Features

Its flowers are small, rounded and grow in sets, forming very striking groups.
They can also be peach, orange, yellow and white. Its branches are thick and slender with thorns and elongated deep green leaves in contrast to the colour of its flowers.
It can grow to over one metre high, and in these cases its branches take on a leading role, giving it a more prominent and different appearance.
It is a common plant in private gardens and public spaces, due to its resistance to tropical climates and its ornamental contribution.
