There is a Psalm in the bible that says: I will lift up my eyes to the mountains, from where my help will come, my help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. He will not let my foot slip, nor will he who watches over you slumber, the Lord is my protector forever. Amen

This Psalm was written by King David when he was being persecuted by his enemies. And he sang it together with his friends.
