Mary Worth was a widow, whose children were stolen. The girl should walk up a flight of stairs backwards, with a lit candle in one hand and a mirror in the other, and the house should not have any lights on (if you don't have stairs in the house, you can improvise using the ones in the condo, or even a three-step ladder or something improvised: the important thing is the symbol). At this point, the summoner will have to look in the mirror and say "I believe in Mary Worth."

Bloody Mary will appear, reflected behind her shoulder, showing by her side the face of the girl's future husband.

But there is also the possibility, you should know, that next to Mary you will see a skull. This means that you are destined to die before you get married.

But be careful: you should not turn to look directly at her, but always look at her reflection in the mirror.

If you look directly at her, she will rip your face off and gouge your eyes out, and finally take you to the mirror with her.

El famoso cóctel se atribuye generalmente al actor estadounidense George Jessel en 1939. En realidad, el cóctel de Jessel se llamaba Bloody Mary, pero era solo mitad jugo de tomate y mitad vodka: no el Bloody Mary contemporáneo, entonces.

Este fue creado por el francés Fernand Petiot, quien se hizo cargo del cóctel de Jessel y lo enriqueció con especias y una preparación sofisticada que lo hizo verdaderamente inimitable.

A lo largo de los años, han surgido infinidad de variaciones (por ejemplo, con la muy popular adición de Tabasco, o jugo de limón o naranja) y varios aderezos.

• 60 ml de jugo de tomate frío espeso
• 3 gotas de salsa Worcestershire
• 4 pizcas grandes de sal

• 60 ml of iced vodka
• 60 ml thick cold tomato juice
• 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
• 4 large pinches of salt
• two large pinches of black pepper
• two pinches of cayenne pepper

• Preparar la base del cóctel con el jugo de tomate, la salsa Worcestershire y el jugo de limón y ponlo en un vaso.
• Mezclar suavemente en el sentido de las agujas del reloj durante unos 30 segundos.
• Espolvorear con una pizca de sal y pimienta negra y de cayena.
• Mezclar.
• Agregar 5 cubitos de hielo, vodka y 2 gotas de tabasco.
• Revolver durante 30/40 segundos y decore con un tallo de apio.

• Prepare the base of the cocktail with the tomato juice, the Worcestershire sauce and the lemon juice and put it in a glass.
