Tenemos el mejor producto, y mas aún suple completamente las necesidades de los clientes, de todas maneras esto no significa que si o si debes escalar tu negocio.

Aquí es donde debemos ser muy honestos con nosotros mismos y quizás es mas conveniente ser una pequeña empresa muy exitosa.

No todo el mundo tiene o quiere un negocio escalable, esto es categórico. Existen modelos de empresas familiares muy poco escalable que se mantienen durante muchos años de manera exitosa sin necesidad o interés por ser escalables.

Hay casos (En su mayoría) en que la escalabilidad de la empresa es muy poco probable, esto se debe a que no posee documentación de los procesos, es el caso del famoso taller mecánico del barrio, su dueño es muy talentoso, pero no existe nada documentado para otras personas, el dueño lo dirige personalmente creyendo que tiene que abarcar TODO.

There are cases (mostly) in which the scalability of the company is very unlikely, this is because it does not have documentation of the processes, it is the case of the famous mechanical workshop in the neighborhood, its owner is very talented , but there is nothing documented for other people, the owner runs it personally believing that it has to cover EVERYTHING.

Todo funciona de maravillas hasta que el dueño se cansa, o se toma un descanso, existen muchos de estos casos que ante el accidente del dueño en negocio termina definitivamente, todo está muy atado a sus procesos y maneras, esto no da lugar a la escalabilidad.
