La idea es realizar un plan para trabajar en el proceso a lo largo del año, de esta manera podrás estar concentrado los 365 días del año y no quedarte por el camino y no lograr tus objetivos.

Trae aquellos pensamientos negativos automáticos al lano consciente es decir, cuando estos aparecen utiliza el poder de la visualización apartándolos de ti. Dejar que estos tipos de pensamientos entren a tu mente sin hacerlo consciente es algo que no te deja avanzar por mas ganas que le pongas y trae consigo una gran demanda de energía para mantenernos a flote.
