How to make shortbread

Hello everyone, today I want to share with you once again this wonderful talent that I have that I have discovered in this quarantine, I say this because the truth is that I barely knew how to make boiled rice and fried egg, hahaha, and actually I did not really like to cook, but now everything has changed.

Well, as seen in the photo, first we prepare the dough, which contains flour, butter, salt, sugar, and yeast. Well, knead the dough for 15 minutes, make a bun and let it rest for an hour.

Then the dough is divided into small buns, I did it for four since I used half a kilo of flour, then with the rolling pin we stretch those buns and then we twist into strips as seen in the photo below, we put those strips in an oiled roasting pan and let it rest again for 45 minutes.

After those 45 minutes before putting them in the oven, cut them as shown in the photo below, and then put them in the oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes in the oven, take them out, wait for them to cool down a bit and taste some warm and fluffy shortbread. They can be eaten alone, with candy, with butter, with pate, with whatever they want, I assure you that they will not be able to stop eating.
