El choripan y el Morcipan.
El choripan es un clásico Argentino, algo simple como un chorizo en sandwich con pan. Algunos le pones chimichurri picante, otros salsa criolla.
Generalmente se lo cuese al carbón pero como no tengo parrilla lo estoy haciendo al horno.
Después hay otro clásico. El morcipan, es lo mismo pero en vez de poner un chorizo ponemos una morcilla
