We have talked a lot about home automation as part of saving and good management of natural and technological resources for a more comfortable and sustainable life.
It is for this reason that we have analyzed a list of the most efficient buildings in the world, I invite you to appreciate it with us.
In London we have "THE CRYSTAL": This building has been completed there in 2012 and this has allowed it to be the first efficient building in the world, this building has obtained the highest qualification in terms of efficiency and sustainability certifications.
It is a 6000 m2 structure fully glazed and the certifications achieved have been due to its outstanding energy qualities and these are some:
The energy source for this building comes from renewable resources, 2 thirds of the total comes from solar panels placed on its roof and the remaining 80% is obtained from the London offshore wind farm.
Its angled design allows maximum use of sunlight and the internal lights are automatically regulated according to the ambient light.
90% of the water it uses is by self-supply, taking advantage of rainwater and carrying out treatment stored in tanks of about sixty thousand liters, and also sewage is treated for reuse in irrigation systems.
It has geothermal perforations that allow excellent air conditioning and, thanks to the precision sensors, constant adjustments are made for better performance.

En Londres tenemos "THE CRYSTAL": Este edificio ha sido terminado de construir allá en el año 2012 y esto le ha permitido ser el primer edificio eficiente del mundo, este edificio ha obtenido la máxima calidficación en cuanto a las certificaciones de eficiencia y sostenibilidad.
Es una estructura de 6000 m2 acristalada de manera completa y las certificaciones alcanzadas han sido debido por el destaque en sus cualidades energéticas y estas son algunas:
La fuente de energía de este edificio proviene de los recursos renovables, las 2 terceras partes del total provienen de los paneles solares colocados en su techo y el 80% restante es obtenido del parque eólico marino de London.
Su diseño anguloso permite el máximo aprovechamiento de la luz solar y las luces internas se regulan de manera automática conforme a la luz ambiental.
El 90% del agua que utiliza es mediante autoabastecimiento, aprovechando el agua de lluvia y realizando tratamiento almacendao en tanques de unos sesenta mil litros, y tambien el agua cloacal es tratada para su reutilización en los sistemas de riego.
Tiene perforaciones geotérmicas que permiten una excelente climatización y gracias a los sensores de precisión se realizan los ajustes constantes para un mejor desempeño.
