Cuando calienta el sol /Concurso. Observa Piensa Escribe.

Tengo un perrito travieso y que siempre está con hambre. Blue es su nombre y a todo bichito que cae en su patio se lo traga. Hemos encontrado iguanas abiertas de par en par, este niño es un salvaje. La verdad es que fue criado así, para que ladrón que caiga lo mordisquee un poco. Pero en ese trajín se ha tragado unas cuantas iguanas, pájaros. Ha matado gatos, ratas y lo peor es que nadie le ha enseñado, simplemente son cosas extrañas que se mueven y hay que atacarlas.

Y estas iguanas no estaban haciendo nada, simplemente tomando el calor del sol, como cada mañana. Pero no fueron lo suficientemente rápidas para huir de los dientes de Blue. Solo la cola ha quedado por allí tirada, por eso sabemos que las iguanas han pasado a mejor vida.

I have a mischievous little dog who's always hungry. His name is Blue, and he gobbles up any little creature that falls into his yard. We've found iguanas wide open; this boy is a wild one. The truth is, he was raised that way, so that any burglar who falls in might get a little nibble. But in his frenzy, he's swallowed quite a few iguanas and birds. He's killed cats and rats, and the worst part is that nobody taught him how to handle them. They're just strange things that move, and you have to attack them.

And these iguanas weren't doing anything wrong, just basking in the sun, like every morning. But they weren't fast enough to escape Blue's teeth. Only their tails are left lying there, so we know the iguanas have met their end.

Y dígame los gatos que son tan ágiles unos cuantos hemos encontrado, jamás se los come, yo creo que el piensa que son juguetes y los agarra por el cuello para jugar, porque no les deja marcas de dientes. Quedan perfectamente tirados en el garaje, como durmiendo. Ya hemos salvado unos cuantos de morir en sus juegos alejándolos de allí. Pero muchas veces regresan, es una buena zona para atrapar lagartijas pequeñas, esta pegada al rio.

Total espero que estas dos se hayan salvado, pero conociendo a Blue, no tardara en encontrarlas.

And tell me, we've found a few cats that are so agile, but he never eats them. I think he sees them as toys and grabs them by the neck to play, because he doesn't leave any teeth marks. They end up perfectly sprawled in the garage, as if asleep. We've already saved several from dying in his games by moving them away from there. But they often come back; it's a good area for catching small lizards, right next to the river.

Anyway, I hope these two survived, but knowing Blue, he won't take long to find them.
