"Wanderlust (ভ্রমণের নেশা)" An overview of my travel experiences

Hello guys!
Fantastic day to all of you. I am sure we are all doing great.
I must say; i feel excited right now writing this post. I didn't know what i have been missing until a friend told me about this contest. Though i have been a member of @BDCommunity since the beginning of this year but i didn't know about such contest, i just read about it today and i am very pleased to participate.

Let's Begin...

Speaking of travelling, tell me who wouldn't love that? well if there is anyone certainly not I, because my dream is to explore the world. But sadly i am still too young to go to places i wish to go and also dream of but i pray oneday i will visit all of those places.

I haven't left my country to another country before since from birth so my travel tour will be around my country's states and locality.
I have gone to certain places around my state and country and i will be sharing them with you.

First travel was to Calabar State; i have been there quite a number of times but i just don't my travel photos to back up what i experienced over there.
Though Calabar is just slightly different from my state in few things and terms but they have their own language which is "EFIK"

My second travel was to Portharcourt State. The first time i went there i was just a little girl. I went there as a result of my Aunty's wedding ceremony that took place over there. Being young and naive i didn't understand most of the things then.

But after going there the second time during our church program, though not exactly the same location but still in Portharcourt, i got to learn certain things.
I learnt about their culture and how they related with people. Over there, they have a seaport and i heard their major means of transportation was water transportation.
I visited the seaport in portharcourt, took a selfie and some pictures of the sea, canoes and ships.

Now to my beloved State Akwa Ibom; I have been to different places around here. I am excited to show you my little tour around my locality.
This is the city of Uyo,I went with friends to "Christmas Village" located in the Ibom Unity Museum and Park.

This is ITAM market as we fondly call it here. I was going for a tour in the market lol, i call it market tour because i wasn't buying anything, i only tagged along with mom and so i got a chance to take as many pictures as i could and i am sharing them with you all.

This is our local mortar and pistol; used for pounding food ingredients like pepper, yam, crayfish, stockfish and even waterleaf.

This one is a local clay pot or bowl. I am sure you have seen this somewhere before. It is molded using clay mud, i took a shot of those because it was captivating.

I would have loved to share more but i also will like to stop here with my travel experiences.
Travelling is also the best part of education and learning because all the things taught in schools using a map and textbooks can be seen with the physical eyes.
