Death and money

Death is the end of man on earth but not the end of man as a creature. Life is believed to continue after the body separates itself from the soul.

The body perishes and dies here on earth while the soul continues its eternal life whether in hell or heaven.

The above, is at least what religions preach and the main reason for doing good or bad and serving the Supreme Being.

Money on the other hand, is the life force of things on planet earth. It controls almost everything.

Those with money command the affairs of things in this world. They dictate what is right and what is wrong.

This tool gives them influence which in turns brings power. This power make most of them to be 'force' on their own.

While this looks like an end in itself, it does not solve all human problems. Death is human enemy, at least, if it takes life of young people.

This particular phenomenon is one that money, no matter how big it is cannot buy. What a good relief you must be thinking?

It reminded me of a song by Plantashun Boiz titled 'If Life' which clearly says if money is a thing that money could have bought then the rich would live and the poor man will die.

This lyric always pops up on my head and gives me a sense of appreciation to God for not making money to have such power.

Truly, we feel sad and hated it when our loved ones die due to one illness or the other. Sometimes, we spend millions on them but in the end, they still die.

It makes us wonder why they still died after spending so much money on them.

Fine, but have you thought of it that if money can buy death, those with money wont die?

The government, being in charge of money will decide who lives and who dies. They will decide who to save with money and who not to save.

Money would have been a factor we worship. It would have been a factor that ends lives of poor people.

The poor wouldn't have had any chance to live in a world like this. They would have been considered irrelevant while the rich would continue to live in circle.

If you have watched some films, you will notice that during earthquakes or Tsunamis, the government specifically evacuate scientists and top government officials which they deem to be assets for the country.

In such cases, the poor becomes irrelevant and unworthy of being saved.

If you look at it critically, you will agree with me that it is better that money can't buy death. If it did, perhaps, the world would belong to the rich.
