He is one of the most talented fiction writers on HIVE I've come across! There's a famous saying in our BDCommunity, by guru @reazuliqbal "There's no topic Zayed Sakib can not write about!" And boy this guy can write, marked by Dada @azircon himself to be one of the next big names on HIVE! But the most important reason I think he deserves more attention as one of the #tophivers is because his extraordinary talent to drive engagement! That's what HIVE has been lacking as a social media for quite some time, engagement! He is a curator of the @bdcommunity and the comments he'll leave on the posts he reads are so compelling that any user with even the slightest hint of sincerity towards the platform can not avoid! Here's just an example of one of his comments :
No, I didn't take a screenshot of his post by mistake. That's a Comment! That right there is dedication to growing his blog! And I am sometimes envious of the intrinsic quality he has to drive such engagement!
@nirupom.azad, one of the best newly joined Bengali authors on HIVE!
It's probably been just over a couple of weeks and he has already impressed the entire BDCommunity with his artistic creativity in the Bengali language. Sublime, fluent, yet so poetic! That is how I would describe his bengali articles. He is an excellent addition to the community and if he keeps up the quality he is providing, he will definitely enrich the collection of articles we have here on HIVE in the bengali Language! To showcase his talent, he has already won 2nd position, TWICE since he joined HIVE!\
@linco, artist, upcoming writer!
I first started following Linco's blog for his beautiful water color paintings of Splinterlands monsters and i thought, Damn! This guys has talent! How come no one talks about him more often!
Later he kept surprising us with his writings in the BDCommunity writing contest! His articles are very easy to read, both his bengali and English articles! I particularly enjoyed his most recent book review and the way he presented the book actually makes me want to buy the book and read it myself!
I believe all these three users are here to stay and they're proving it constantly! I wish you 3 all the best and I would also like to invite you 3 to get a bit more active on twitter! A lot of of hivers including me are quite regular on twitter and this does draw a lot of attention to your blog from outside. It did for me and I'm sure it's work wonders for you guys too! HIVE on!

Dear new member of HIVE, you have made a big mistake by signing up here. Here on this Blockchain you are surrounded by abuse of power and the greed of some who determine what happens here.
If you publish here, make sure that you publish only what is beneficial to the owners of the assets on HIVE. You must never express your own opinion or criticize anyone. If you do, the powerful will destroy your account and take every cent from you.
You will soon find out that you only earn a few cents here. Others, on the other hand, sometimes get extremely rich. Look around, you'll soon find that some people get 2 or even 3 digit $ amounts for small contributions, but you don't even get 50 cents.
Here's an example of a witness with his powerful friends called @pfunk destroying a small account of a non-profit organization and destroying all donations. He has disadvantaged and socially weak handicapped persons, seniors but also people who raise a child alone, harmed very much. Surely you do not want to support such a block chain that allows such a thing. Do you? In the contributions all data, inclusive registration with the court - address and further data are listed. You see this is an official charity.
You can read the contributions in which this witness expressed himself here. As you can see he tried to destroy the contributions, but you can still see them.

Engagement is the secret sweet sauch of hive though.. Real value of dpos lies in engaging with others.. And that is what i try to do..
But you give yourself less credit..you are on a level thats so high up, its unimaginable.. An honest thought is you inspire me most brother. I learned a lot from you..:)
Who would have thought we could actually make good friends on a blockchain, tangled between all the algorithms and codes and what not! Food for thought ;)

Too far to look back though. We have lived through the hardest part. Its all downhill from here on. Only a few moons ago, Bengali was almost non existent on the blockchain. Now we are dominating with all our might.. That is our achievement, our legacy.
Very true! Gotta hand it to Reaz bhai, Zaku bhai and Dada for pushing us to write in bengali more! Sharpened my bengali typing too hehe 😉 I used to struggle so much and now I think I'm pretty decent on the bengali keyboard!
Sadly, I have not even dared to write anything in bengali. Thinking i might mess it up..lol..
In all seriousnes, for me, bengali is too close to heart to just push out a random post.. Ive something in the works though. Hopefully ill be able to hold up the mantle our dada lit up... But you bhai!! Your bengali writing skill is not just decent, its too good..Id buy that book if you ever published one.XDXD

Yep, you can write about your first surgery. I want to know at that time what is going on in your mind and how you handle the pressure. Anything for the first time is always memorable.
About my hard work, still trying to improve me. You know it is very hard to maintain consistency and quality both are very important though.
