Take a Moment to Appreciate how this Platform changed our Life in a Positive way!
The first question from a newcomer - "How can I earn more?" The second "How can I gain a reputation like you?"
I always feel uncomfortable answering these questions. There are some straightforward answers but I believe in being polite.
I wouldn't say it's just the newcomers who run after money. It's actually all of us. Otherwise, we would not be here. But there's a fine life, you know. It reflects through what you are doing here. And that's why I believe we should take a moment to appreciate that this platform exists.
Maybe you are not earning huge. But think about the thing you have learned. It will pay you off one way or another!
It's true that Hive is not a place where you come and win a huge reward if you are a commoner like me. Even if you are an investor, you need to spend enough time, money, effort to build your profile. And why not? It will return you so much more!
Let me share with you my story, why I feel I need to give back more to the people, to this platform...
Because of this platform-
I became a regular writer, which means I spend quality time here. Not just through writing but through consuming content.
This platform gave me a place to express myself in a way no other social media could.
I came across so many people around the world, came through so different ideas, culture, and everything; it certainly broadens my perspective.
I earn money from it; that helps me buy a portion of my bread & butter!
There are many other countless things...
Everything I do here adds up in my real life. And believe me, it feels so much more to have a place where I can be honest, express myself fearlessly, read, write, enjoy, and more.
Without this platform I will be doing something else, my life would be something different for sure. What I have achieved so far, I really appreciate that. Not because of the money but because of the whole thing!

I strengthened friendships with humans I barely knew. At the same time, I made new ones. I think the most important part for me, is what else will the seeds I plant on this platform end up growing into.
That is the exciting part of being on HIVE. The unknown shouldn't be feared, but explored.

This platform has really been very helpful to me. I express my feelings freely, engage with other people across the world. It has increased my knowledge because I get to read other people's content and learn from it.
