Happy Birthday To Me

There are some moments we only get to experience one's in a year and one of those moments happens to be our birthday.

Yup, you're right, it's my birthday today.

Funny how I almost forgot about it though. I know you guys might be wondering..

“Who forgets his birthday?”

Well in my defence, the year is running so fast, you could hardly tell what date it is. Not to talk about the whole covid issue that literally stopped everything. So the events that usually takes place in this time of the year (which kinda helps me to know what day it is, i.e aside from me checking my calender of course) were all placed on hold, so it was almost impossible for me to know what day it is as everyday looks like everyday to me.. 😂

Okay, my excuse is lame but I think you get it :)

So yeah, today went well. I couldn't go out so I made do with the things I had at home.

The best part of today was certainly the calls and text I got from friends all around. It does feel great to be loved though and I wish to thank everyone for their well wishes..
