Unfaithful

You know that moment when you know something is true but you just pray and hope it's not, that was the state Desmond was. For the past few weeks, his wife behaviors has been sending some dangerous red lights to him but he had ignored it, telling himself he was probably over thinking and that his wife was just in a bad mood. He tried the little he could to cheer her up when he w as at home but unfortunately, none of it worked. His busy work schedule didn't get him the much needed time he wanted in other for him to know the reason for his wife's sudden change in character.

He was planning on taking a break from work in other to go on a little vacation with her but the lady that had just walked into his office had just given him the shocked of his life.

“Stella was cheating on him with this strange lady's husband.”

Desmond would have dismissed her the moment she uttered those words but the evidence she had brought along were so good to be a lie. The evidence included five pictures of Stella and the strange woman's husband together and a video of both of them kissing.

Desmond didn't realize his fist were clenched until the strange lady gently placed her hands on his.

The lady rubbed his hand gently. “Don't worry, I've got a plan.”

“A plan?”

All Desmond wanted to do was get hold of this woman's husband and beat him into coma three times. He had no time for plans, he just wanted revenge.

The lady leaned forward and whispered some words into Desmond ears.

“Jesus Christ!” Desmond yelled as he immediately pulled himself backwards, and then a smile slowly crept on his face as he looked at the lady.

Stella had the smile of a little baby who had just been handed a teddy bear on her face as she and her new found love walked towards her apartment. Her good for nothing husband wouldn't be back until the next five hours and she intended enjoying every moment of that time with her lover. One could tell they couldn't get enough of each other as they both started kissing the moment she opened the door.

Stella giggled as the man licked a side of her ear before stylishly pushing him away and running towards the bedroom. The man smiled and went after her.

Deciding to add a little role play to their romance, he shouted “Ready or not, here I come.” and opened the bedroom door but what he saw was the least of what he had expected.

There on the bed was his wife and his mistress husband naked. The look on Stella's face confirmed to him that she too was shocked at what she was seeing. What happened next was even more shocking to Stella , she watched as Desmond got out of the bed, put on his short and asked them both to leave his house.

She was about releasing hell on him when he threw the pictures to her face.

“Expect words from my lawyers soon” was all Desmond said as he slammed the door on their faces.
