Eid bonus depends on report Pass or Fail

I am heading home early today, I need to attend the following prayer and my wish is to perform my Salah behind the Imam tonight to find the "night of Qadr". The day was not hot and the night is the same, there are few symptoms that match today but we do not know the exact day of the honored night.
Just got a call, one our client wants his report and cordially request a pass report as their salary, the bonus depends on the pass report! How pathetic the situation he and other staff related to this is facing just now. Really pathetic and awkward situation we face in our life, can you imagine your salary and bonus depends on a garment's pass report!
I feel sorry for the man and his team!
Different types of people got different types of problems.

I found he got the Pass report! He and his entire team saved for now!
This is a little incident I wanted to share with you. There are many incidents I do face each day. It is my job to listen to people and solve their problems as this is one of my KPI in my office. Each day different kinds of similar problems and each day different kinds of similar solutions!
This is a little story! I do not want to think what if the report failed?
