The Stress That Comes With Starting Anew; How Can We See Reasons To Start Afresh?

Do you know why people stay in a working place, a sector, a firm, a or an organisation for more than 30 working years? First of all the first thing that comes to the mind is that there's favourable conditions some might even use the quote "if it's not broken, why fix it?" While others might simply tell you an underlying reason which is often difficult to be admissible. Now this is the fact that progress is like a rebirth, it's virtually about moving forward but taking a step backwards like a bull in other to find new strength to face hostile situation that wasn't present in one's former experiences. Sometimes new opportunities will only come when one sees a need for a different kind of challenge and what does this mean? It means having to be a stranger again, having to fight to reach the top of the food chain irrespective of how far or how vetranous one might look like in their previous challenges.
I believe that people love their comfort zones because they fear discomfort and not because they blatantly or blindly love their comfort zones and I'll give you an example. A king in a palace feels untouchable, unreachable and insurmountable, but a king is a prison is a whole new terrain, a whole new domain and even if he was once a king in a palace, he might be a punching bag for fellow inmates, so how does a king in a prison get to attain that kingly status which was synonymous to him in a palace but not so in a prison? Beginning anew, learning new abilities, having strong resolve and rising again amidst all circumstances yet is it as easy as it sounds? First the process of begin anew is oftentimes difficult to people because of these things Pride and Trauma
PRIDE
Truth is, Pride is a hindrance, a barrier to acceptance and it is refusing to come down from one's high horses in other to see the immediate reality one is currently faced with in essence, pride makes people not see a reason to chase new challenges and prospect because they feel deserved of a life long comfortability because they've once worked hard to get there. Life presents numerous challenges but many are stuck to just one challenge because it seems difficult to try other challenges. Truth is, people deem hard work to be a static process in the sense that they feel it should only be once in a lifetime and working hard over again in a whole new different circumstance is only a waste of energy, but this concept is borne out of pride because people are meant to be round characters because by doing so, the universe gets to see a myriad of events, strange occurrence and different lessons that should ring a bell to people.
TRAUMA
Trauma is often a feedback of emotions after series of distressing events in one's life. It's a reaction to some experiences that jolts one's reality to a check. Thing is, the desire to want a new experience comes with the success of prior experiences and if this isn't so then the zeal to be radical or passionate is often stunted without a cause. I pay attention to parables especially the ones in the bible because they're like an allusiveness to most of the modern day phenomenon, so it's quite paradoxical to say to be born anew you need to die first but what if the previous experience in one's life kept them dead and they do not have the chance to be alive in other to die again? That's quite deep considering the fact that I feel humans are like salt a single drop of water can change their state and alter their route which leaves them unable to form a new purpose or reason as to why they should leave the end of a race where they've been winners in other to become a challenger again.
In Conclusion there's the need for challenges irrespective of if people have been prior failures or success. Thing is, we've all been failures and the feelings still hurts but do we then choose not to feel? No! Life will be colourless without our endeavors and each and every story of failure inspires and teaches as much as the good and laudable ones. But what do we know? Starting or beginning brings a psychological stress but it's a burden we should see as an hiccup in life's process.
