Hello everyone!

With great pleasure, as already done for the previous ones called by @theycallmedan, I participate in the #whencoronaends initiative.

Here in Italy, the situation seems to be slightly improving, but we know well that the road to getting out of this emergency is still long and that everyone's maximum commitment is required.
Just as I'm sure there will be things I will miss from this quarantine (remember: people always want to do what they can't do), there are now several that I miss a lot.
And this is precisely the object of the initiative: to list the first three things that I will do when the emergency is over.

Dan, you will forgive me if I change the format a bit (I hope this does not affect your appreciation 😄), but I want to specify that I will do it by excess and not by defect.

In fact, I will talk about the 3 things I will do first of all when this period is over and then I will add the 2 that I would like to do immediately, but for which I will have to wait a little longer. Let's start!

1 - Work

As for many of us, quarantine has also changed my way of working and, I would say, radically. I deal with sales and consultancy in the pharmaceutical sector, so every day I was away from home and personally saw my customers. Often I stayed out for lunch and drive many kilometers by car, meet many people...in short, everything that is not allowed now. 😅
For about a month, however, I am in smart working and I hear customers only via phone, whatsapp and e-mail. I consider myself lucky, because many colleagues who work as freelancers have closed their reference activities and are not earning anything. I still manage to take some income home, less than in a normal situation, but it's better than nothing.
In any case, I will be happy to return to do my job in the usual way, even if I am taking advantage of this moment to improve and learn to manage the needs of my interlocutors in a new form.

2 - Family and friends

It will soon be Easter and here the tradition is very strong: I am used to spending it in family, together with my parents or those of my wife. This year will not be possible and it will be a bit sad to have to be separated. My children are also looking forward to being able to go to their grandparents, who have so much space to let them play, while now they suffer because they are forced to stay indoors. For this reason, as soon as possible, I want to recover and spend as much time as possible with my relatives.

If Easter is spent with the family, on Easter Monday I am with friends...and unfortunately this is also postponed. For this reason, a carefree evening with friends must be absolutely organized as soon as we can afford to be together again.

3 - Pizza

I live in Naples, in the homeland of pizza and...the pizzerias are closed! 😱
I am really in a abstinence crisis, so much so that I have already started preparing it at home for a few weeks, as I told in a previous post, and also with good results.
But even getting very good, I could never even come close to the divine goodness of a true neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven and made by real professionals of this art.
I'm not going any further, because I'm getting hungry...if you're looking at the photo below, I'm sure you would like one too.

4 - Football (Bonus)

I am a big football fan and it is really sad that this sport has stopped. The weekends are no longer the same without the pathos of goals. It's absolutely right that way, but I hope that competitions will resume soon and that the season can end in maximum safety for everyone.

I don't think I can immediately do it, but when the stadiums are reopened to the public, I can't wait to be present at the Olimpico to support my favorite team, AS Roma. I really miss the atmosphere of the match seen live and I think when I come back to savor it, it will be even more exciting than before.

5 - Sea (Bonus)

Another of my great passions is the sea. Who doesn't like the sea? Freedom, fun, relaxation...how important it will be to regenerate after a difficult period like the one we are experiencing.
This is also something that I will not be able to do immediately, because we will have to wait a few more months for the arrival of summer. I hope that for that moment we will be out of quarantine and we will be able to enjoy a fantastic holiday.
