I created a new intro for my friend’s videos
Water doesn't suck
About a week ago I mentioned in my blog post that one of my elemental designs had inspired me to create a new video intro for my friend. That friend is @simpleeme, the creator of The Wayve.
@simpleeme has been pumping out several new videos here lately. If you haven't watched any of them, definitely take the time to visit his profile. I thought it would be nice to give him yet another reason to be motivated to film and edit more new videos.
When it comes to creating the video intro, I stayed with the theme of water and aimed to take it to the next level. I added some cool sound effects and his Hive account name. I think that the short intro turned out pretty awesome. It is nothing too fancy, but it for sure will help his videos stand out more. I think it is a great idea to have an intro that your viewers look forward to coming back and seeing each time.
The Wayve aesthetics
You may or may not remember when I originally designed The Wayve logo. It has been nearly a year since then, but even today I am still impressed with how it looks. It is by far my favorite logo that I have ever designed.
I was given total freedom on how things were to look, that is when I work at my best. I used my favorite colors and drew inspiration from a couple of the most iconic images in my mind The Great Wave off Kanagawa and the Pink Dolphin logo.

I am glad that my friend has actually taken the time to post here on Hive. @simpleeme is one of the only people I have been able to bring from real life to Hive. I have signed up several people, but nobody ever seems to want to put the effort into sticking around.
I think that @simpleeme has a lot to offer and is a very creative person. I look forward to seeing him unleash more of his creativity and keep up his productivity.
I will be waiting on the first video that uses this new intro.

The intro is excellent bro, it fits perfectly with the design, and yes, indeed it was an incredible work that you could do at the time, I checked your friend's profile and saw that his logo is a little out, that is, it does not occupy the circular shape in the profile image, that problem is easy to solve by adding the design in a circular JPG or PNG, so your friend can fully show off your work, something like that I did some time ago thinking about using the design for Hive, you do a great job with the design, Cheers!

And yes I agree with you. He needs to change his profile picture. I just designed a new image that should work better for him.
that's great bro, it has enough space in the 4 ends to fit perfectly in the profile, your friend will be able to show off the logo completely, he sure is grateful for the work. This design community is interesting, I will try to think of some things to post here too, Cheers!
