Today I want to send a warm greeting to this beautiful #Hive community. The reason is that I am celebrating 6 months on this platform and what better way to celebrate it than talking about the goodness and learnings of these last 6 months.

#HIVE is a platform that has taught me a lot. During this time, I have learned about collaboration, culture, cryptocurrencies, people around the world, new ways of business. The HIVE platform is so versatile that there is something for everyone. Whatever you can think of, you will find it in HIVE, that's how versatile it is.

Hoy quiero enviar un caluroso saludo a esta hermosa comunidad #Hive. La razón es que estoy cumpliendo 6 meses en esta plataforma y que mejor manera de celebrarlo que hablando de las bondades y aprendizajes de estos 6 últimos meses.

#HIVE es una plataforma que me ha enseñado mucho. Durante este tiempo, he aprendido de colaboración, de cultura, de criptomonedas, de personas alrededor del mundo, de nuevas formas de negocio. La plataforma HIVE es tan versátil que da para todos los gustos y temas. Lo que se te pueda ocurrir lo vas a encontrar en HIVE, así de versátil es.

Hive an encyclopedia.
While I was knitting the HIVE logo, the only thing I was doing was thinking where I was going to place the logo... it would be on a flannel, on a glass, ..., but no, it came out too big, so while I was trying to straighten its edges, I placed it on a book... and at that moment "Eureka", I imagined HIVE as a big encyclopedia that accepts all cultures, all languages, a whole world interconnected through the blockchain, beautiful little bees working each one from their niche for a common good, the growth of the blockchain.

Of course the little bees do not fulfill the same function and do not have the same interests, so the great encyclopedia of HIVE was divided into communities, some dedicated to photography such as #photographylovers, others dedicated to learning cryptocurrencies as #leofinance, a very interesting community is dedicated to publish our love for HIVE #lovinghive and one of my favorites is #needleworkmonday where everything that is done with needle and thread is published. The truth is that the amount of communities depends on your tastes, your preferences, your language and the place in the world where you are, so you are welcome to join this great friendly community, because I'm sure there is a niche for you.

Of course there are also little bees that do not publish, but instead are dedicated to support the community, so that we do not have problems when making our publications and the experience with the blockchain is pleasant, they are the developers, who help us with their technology to support the platform.

There are also these wonderful beings called curators, without them we would not get rewards, my standing applause to all of them, especially to @appreciator, who without fear of being wrong is my favorite curator, he is something like my secret love, he does not know it, but my heart beats with joy every time he votes my posts.

Hive una enciclopedia.
Mientras estaba tejiendo el logo de HIVE, lo único que hacía era pensar donde iba a colocar el logo… sería en una franela, en un vaso, …, pero no, me salió muy grande, así que mientras trataba de enderezar sus bordes, lo coloqué en un libro… y en ese momento “Eureka”, me imagine a HIVE como una gran enciclopedia que acepta a todas las culturas, a todos los idiomas, todo un mundo interconectado a través de la blockchain, abejitas hermosas trabajando cada una desde su nicho para un bien común, el crecimiento de la cadena de bloques.

Por supuesto las abejitas no cumplen la misma función y tampoco tienen los mismos intereses, así que la gran enciclopedia de HIVE se dividió en Comunidades, unas dedicadas a la fotografía como por ejemplo #photographylovers, otras dedicada al aprendizaje de las criptomonedas como #leofinance, una comunidad muy interesante es la dedicada a publicar nuestro amor por HIVE #lovinghive y una de mis favoritas es #needleworkmonday donde se publica todo lo que se hace con aguja e hilo. La verdad la cantidad de comunidades depende de tus gustos, tus preferencias, tu idioma y el lugar del mundo donde te encuentres, así que eres bienvenido a unirte a esta gran amigable comunidad, pues estoy segura que hay nicho para ti.

Por supuesto también hay abejitas que no publican, sino que en su lugar se dedican a soportar a la comunidad, para que no tengamos problemas al momento de hacer nuestras publicaciones y la experiencia con la blockchain sea grata, ellos son los desarrolladores, quienes nos ayudan con su tecnología en el soporte de la plataforma.

También existen estos maravillosos seres llamados curadores, sin ellos no obtendríamos recompensas, mi aplauso de pie a todos ellos, en especial a @appreciator, que sin temor a equivocarme es mi curador favorito, es algo así como mi amor secreto, él no lo sabe, pero mi corazón palpita de alegría cada vez que vota mis post.

I love that phrase and truth be told, in HIVE that phrase is an understatement. I joined the community through a recommendation made by my friend @jennynas, who introduced me to @rutablockchain, @enmymente and @danielvehe, truly, they have been teachers within the blockchain, with patience and their tutorials on how to do things, they have helped me a lot to understand and walk through this new experience. Their Whatsapp groups "Hive el Valor del Talento" and "Ruteros Elite", are communities with wonderful people who are always willing to help, advise and recommend in which communities you can publish.

HIVE has shown me once again that there are more of us good people. Today more than ever I am confident that there is a great number of people around the world willing to do good, to help and collaborate. That gladdens my heart a lot, when on TV, radio and internet, the only thing they talk about is news of crime, corruption and bad people. So for me HIVE is not only an economic opportunity, it is also an opportunity to connect with the goodness of the planet.

Los buenos somos más.
Adoro esa frase y la verdad, en HIVE esa frase se queda corta. Ingresé a la comunidad por una recomendación que me hizo mi amiga @jennynas, quien me presentó a @rutablockchain, @enmymente y @danielvehe , de verdad, ellos han sido unos maestros dentro de la blockchain, con paciencia y sus tutoriales de cómo hacer las cosas, me han ayudado muchísimo a entender y caminar por esta nueva experiencia. Sus grupos de Whatsapp “Hive el Valor del Talento” y “Ruteros Elite”, son comunidades con personas maravillosas que siempre están dispuestas a ayudar, asesorar y recomendar en que comunidades se puede publicar.

HIVE, me ha demostrado una vez más que los buenos somos más. Hoy más que nunca confió que existe una gran cantidad de personas alrededor del mundo dispuestas a hacer el bien, a ayudar y colaborar. Eso alegra mucho mi corazón, cuando en la televisión, radio e internet, lo único que hablan es sobre noticias de crimen, corrupción y malas personas. Así que para mi HIVE no solo es una oportunidad económica, es también una oportunidad para conectarme con la bondad del planeta.

My numbers
This month I am completing 6 months, I am very proud of what I have achieved. My posts are being voted more regularly, I have a group of friends with whom we communicate regularly and I feel more confident and integrated within the community.

My reputation is 66.3% and I think that's a pretty respectable number given the short time I've been in the community. I am followed by 60 people and I am following 54, which means that on average I have had 10 followers per month and that is fantastic.

I've won two bands, one from the #Needleworkmonday community and the other from #Havebeenyouhere. I'm at the fishy level, which means I'm pretty much a newbie. I also have the author of the week band, I don't know how I earned it, but when I saw it I was overjoyed.

Mis números
Este mes estoy cumpliendo 6 meses, estoy muy orgullosa de lo que he logrado. Ya mis publicaciones se están votando con mayor regularidad, tengo un grupo de amigos con quien nos comunicamos regularmente y me siento más segura e integrada dentro de la comunidad.

Mi reputación es del 66,3 % y creo que es un número bastante respetable dado el poco tiempo que tengo en la comunidad. Me siguen 60 personas y estoy siguiendo a 54, lo que significa que en promedio he tenido 10 seguidores por mes y eso es fantástico.

He ganado dos bandas, una de la comunidad #Needleworkmonday y la otra de #Havebeenyouhere. Estoy en el nivel pescadito, lo que quiere decir que soy bastante novata. También tengo la banda de autor de la semana, no sé cómo me la gané, pero cuando la vi me alegre muchísimo.

My earnings
In these last 6 months, I have discovered that I can make money, without having money, a premise that I have read several times in the books of Louis Hay, who has several books on personal improvement and in the books of Robert Kiyosaki, who talks about investments and economy. His words at this time make a lot of sense to me.

When I joined the Hive community, I had no income, as my regular job as we all know it had declined a lot, on one hand because of the economic situation in Venezuela, and on the other hand because of the pandemic that changed the world as we knew it. When @jennynas contacted me I had opened a blog of short stories based on anecdotes, it was a way to spend the free time I had, but what I wanted most was to be able to monetize what I was doing.

In retrospect, it was an answer from God. I wanted money and HIVE appeared in my life, as the saying goes: when the student is ready the teacher appears, here I am learning a little bit every day. At first the amount of information was overwhelming. Now I am going little by little, at my own pace, the interesting thing is that my pace has worked for me.

I have earned Hive Dollars through my publications, and I have had the opportunity to change it to bolivars thanks to @rutablockchain through his whatsapp account "Ruta Cambios", truly the good ones are more. Everything has been perfect, in its right measure.

Mis ganancias
En estos últimos 6 meses, he descubierto que puedo hacer dinero, sin tener dinero una premisa que he leído varias veces en los libros de Louis Hay, quien tiene varios libros de mejoramiento personal y en los libros de Robert Kiyosaki, quien habla de inversiones y economía. Sus palabras en estos momentos tienen mucho sentido para mí.

Cuando ingresé en la comunidad Hive, no tenía ingresos, pues mi trabajo habitual como todos lo conocemos había decaído mucho, por un lado por la situación económica de Venezuela, y por otra parte por la pandemia que nos cambió el mundo tal y como lo conocíamos. Cuando @jennynas me contactó yo había abierto un blog de cuentos cortos basados en anécdotas, era una forma de gastar el tiempo libre que tenía, pero lo que más quería era poder monetizar lo que hacía.

Si veo en retrospectiva, fue una respuesta de Dios. Yo quería dinero y HIVE apareció en mi vida, como el dicho que dice: cuando el alumno está preparado aparece el maestro, aquí estoy aprendiendo un poco cada día. Al principio fue abrumadora la cantidad de información. Ahora voy poco a poco, a mi ritmo, lo interesante es que mi ritmo me ha funcionado.

He ganado Hive Dollars a través de mis publicaciones, y he tenido la oportunidad de cambiarlo a bolívares gracias a @rutablockchain a través de su cuenta de whatsapp “Ruta Cambios”, de verdad los buenos somos más. Todo ha sido perfecto, en su justa medida.

How I do it
Every day I am more in love with HIVE. It is that love that is born little by little, first small, without knowing if it is really what you want, and one day you discover yourself enraptured by its love, by its people, by its publications. I know that it will be very difficult for me to stop publishing in HIVE. I already have a schedule with the communities to which I belong and I intend to post 3 times a day in different communities, the truth is a little difficult, but I have tried to do it and some days I have succeeded.

What do I do to achieve it? I have a notebook exclusively for HIVE, where I write down the Hastags I use the most, the communities I belong to, the ideas to develop, the schedule of publications, considering my free day where I don't publish. It's even fun to have this notebook and most importantly, it works for me.

Cómo lo hago
Cada día estoy más enamorada de HIVE. Es ese amor que nace de a poquito, primero chiquitico, sin saber si realmente es lo que quieres, y un día te descubres embelesada por su amor, por su gente, por sus publicaciones. Sé que muy difícilmente voy a dejar de publicar en HIVE. Ya tengo hasta un cronograma con las comunidades a las que pertenezco y me intención es publicar 3 veces por día en diferentes comunidades, la verdad es un poco difícil, pero lo he tratado de hacer y algunos días lo he logrado.

Que hago para lograrlo? Estoy agendada, cada idea que se me ocurre la escribo, tengo un cuaderno de anotaciones exclusivo para HIVE, donde tengo anotados los Hastags que más utilizo, las comunidades a las que pertenezco, las ideas a desarrollar, el cronograma de publicaciones, considerando mi día libre donde no público. Es hasta divertido tener este cuaderno y lo más importante, me funciona.

My goal
I want to be a curator with weight, just like an @appreciator, but Venezuelan... since 2 months ago I've done power up a few times and I went from having a voting weight in November of 0.001 to 0.035 right now, so I feel very proud of what I've achieved in these last months.

Whenever I can I do power up, my short term goal, that is in the next 6 months is to have a voting power of 1 Hive, of course then my goal will extend even further. I know that I will achieve that goal with determination and constancy. One step every day, one step at a time.

I have learned to love HIVE, and to see it as a precious gift that God gave me. An opportunity to generate income, build community and meet people from other cultures.

Mi meta
Quiero ser curadora con peso, así como una @appreciator, pero venezolana… desde hace 2 meses he hecho power up unas cuantas veces y pasé de tener un peso de votación en noviembre de 0,001 a 0,035 en este momento, por lo que me siento muy orgullosa de lo que he logrado en estos últimos meses.

Cada vez que puedo hago power up, mi meta a corto plazo, es decir, en los próximos 6 meses es tener un poder de voto de 1 Hive, por supuesto luego mi meta se extenderá aún más. Sé que esa meta la lograré con determinación y constancia. Un paso cada día, un paso a la vez.

He aprendido a amar a HIVE, y a verlo como un precioso regalo que Dios me dio. Una oportunidad de generar ingresos, hacer comunidad y conocer personas de otras culturas.
