Hola comunidad de Hive espero que se encuentren bien, hoy les voy a contar una experiencia que viví con mis compañeros del béisbol el domingo en la playa, en si un día de entrenamiento, bueno mis amigo les cuento, como de mi casa la playa queda relativamente cerca, ellos se quedaron durmiendo aquí esa noche jugamos domino, nos acostamos temprano porque estábamos pendiente de la ida a la playa.
Hello Hive community, I hope you are well, today I am going to tell you about an experience that I lived with my baseball teammates on Sunday at the beach, in case a day of training, well my friends I will tell you, how from my house the beach is relatively close, they stayed sleeping here that night we played dominoes, we went to bed early because we were waiting to go to the beach.
Nos despertamos a las 5:30 de la mañana, mi mamá se despertó un paco más temprano para hacernos el desayuno, salimos a las 6:00 a.m, el día amaneció un poco nublado, nos acompañaron la hermana de un amiguito, mi mamá y mi hermana.
We woke up at 5:30 in the morning, my mother woke up a little earlier to make us breakfast, we left at 6:00 am, the day dawned a little cloudy, We were accompanied by the sister of a little friend, my mother and my sister.
Íbamos caminando y trotando para ir calentando los músculos, llegamos a la playa, allá nos estaban esperando el entrenador de física y otros compañeros del equipo, eso fue llegando y entrenando, iniciamos corriendo en la arena para fortalecer las pierna y aumentar la velocidad.
We were walking and jogging to warm up our muscles, we got to the beach, the physics coach and other teammates were waiting for us, that was arriving and training, we started running in the sand to strengthen the legs and increase speed.
Luego realizamos ejercicios de piernas, porque eso fue el objetivo de entrenar en la playa, fortalecer los músculos de las piernas, el entrenador nos orientó que hiciéramos varias series.
Then we did leg exercises, because that was the goal of training on the beach, strengthening the leg muscles, the coach directed us to do several sets.
También realizamos el salto de la rana, la carretilla este ejercicio se realiza en pareja el cual consiste en que uno con sus dos manos le agarra los dos pies al compañero y tendrá que caminar con las manos, así fortalecemos los brazos, ese ejercicios me cansó mucho.
We also perform the jump of the frog, the wheelbarrow this exercise is done in pairs which consists in that one with his two hands grabs both feet of the partner and will have to walk with the hands, so we strengthen the arms, that exercise tired me a lot.
También hicimos abdominales para fortalecer el abdomen y culminamos con ejercicios de estiramiento de los músculos de las piernas.
We also did sit-ups to strengthen the abdomen and culminated in stretching exercises for the leg muscles.
Después de una mañana de ejercicios, nos tocó un buen baño en la playa.
After a morning of exercise, we had a good swim on the beach.
