A pesar de no ser una chica que ha tenido contacto directo en su vida con el béisbol, cuento con grandes amistades que por el contrario si han tenido relaciones y experiencias propias con el mismo, y gracias a ellos he aprendido mucho sobre este deporte el cual siendo honesta es una de las disciplinas más complejas en el mundo del deporte según lo que yo he podido investigar en los últimos años.
Despite not being a girl who has not had direct contact in her life with baseball, I have great friends who on the contrary have had relationships and experiences with it, and thanks to them I have learned a lot about this sport which being honest is one of the most complex disciplines in the world of sports according to what I have been able to investigate in recent years.
No voy a negarles que me siento muy nerviosa por presentarles mi primer artículo deportivo pero, ya adquirí la fuerza de voluntad que necesitaba para salir de mi zona de confort y todo gracias a mi amigo Juan, quien es beisbolista retirado y la persona que a lo largo de mi preadolescencia me ha enseñado y explicado muchísimas cosas sobre éste deporte, entre las cosas más difíciles de entender se encuentran las estadísticas y justo eso es lo que trataré en esta oportunidad, tomando como punto principal el próximo Juego de las Estrellas 2021 y en virtud de ello decidimos compartir nuestras votación la cual realizamos en conjunto on todos los lectores, y un pequeño análisis de cada jugador, aún con mi vago conocimiento en béisbol y estadísticas deportivas me propuse realizar de la mano de Juan esta selección la cual debe ser analizada con calma, agradezco a Juan por su apoyo y paciencia, acompañenme.

A continuación le presento nuestra votación al juego de estrellas 2021, que se celebrará en el Coors FIELD que se ubica en Denver Colorado, la cual será un verdadero show, ver a los mejores jugadores de la actual temporada, dónde se ha demostrado que el pitcheo a estado por encima del bateo, sin embargo este escenario está comprobado que es el estadio que más les favorece a los bateadores, esta votación la hemos realizado en base a números ofensivos que hemos determinado han sido los mejores de su posición, hombre a hombre.

El Venezolano indudablemente ha sido el catcher más ofensivo de la liga americana, buscando ganar otro Bate de plata, acá sus estadísticas ofensivas, AVG 278, OBP 306, SLG 504, OPS 810 y 14 HR.
C_LN- Buster Posey (San Francisco)
Otro que ha estado bien por encima en estadísticas ofensivas es este señor, la cual en años anteriores estuvo pasando por problemas de lesiones, este año ya sano se establece como el mejor en su posición, acá sus números AVG 336, OBP 411, SLG 577, OPS 988 y 10 HR.
Otro destacado Yadier Molina (San Luis) muy buenos números ofensivos, sin embargo se queda corto a comparar sus números con el antes mencionado AVG 273, OBP 319, SLG 487, OPS 806 y 7 HR.
1B LA- Vladimir Guerrero JR (Toronto)
El canadiense de 22 años de edad, hijo del HOF Vladimir Guerrero padre, está en su temporada de ensueño, la cual está demostrando ofensivamente lo que por años esperábamos ver, el nacido en Canada pero con padres Dominicanos, tiene una línea ofensiva de AVG 330, OBP 438 (Líder MLB), SLG 651, OPS 1.089, 18 HR (lídera la liga americana) y un OPS+ de 198 la cual está muy por encima que los demás jugadores de su posición.
El siguiente más destacado Yulieski Gurriel (Houston)
línea ofensiva AVG 335, OBP 406, SLG 534, OPS 950 y un OPS+ 160, con 8HR esta temporada.
1B_LN- Jesús Aguilar (Miami)
El chico de Maracay a estado imparable liderando la Liga Nacional con 46 Carreras impulsadas, 12 Jonrones y una línea ofensiva de AVG 269, OBP 325, SLG 490 y un OPS de 815, en su última semana ha estado modo on fire.
Otro jugador destacado Anthony Rizzo (Cubs), acá sus números ofensivos AVG 263, OBP 357, SLG 438 y 6HR en lo que va de temporada.
2B_LA- Marcus Semien (Toronto)
El segunda base tiene uno de sus mejores inicios de temporada, lo que se proyecta sea su mejor temporada desde que hizo su debut en el 2013, esta ha sido una de las posiciones más difíciles de elegir ya que el antes mencionado y José Altuve, tienen Splitts muy parecidos, sin embargo el de Toronto supera en casi todos los números acumulados esta temporada en 29 apariciones más en el Home Play, aparte que Semien le lleva 10 puntos más en el OPS+ que significa que en promedio está 10% por encima del promedio de la liga, acá sus números ofensivos, AVG 290, OBP 358, SLG 517, OPS 875, con 13 HR, OPS+ 140 y 32 Carreras impulsadas.
Otro jugador destacado José Altuve (Houston), el Venezoñano ha estado demostrando porque tiene 5 bates, luego de la pésima temporada pasada, aunque se perdió par de semanas después de estar en la lista de lesionados por Covid 19, el AstroBoy y primer Bate de Houston lleva la seguiente línea ofensiva AVG 293, OBP 363, SLG 466, OPS 829, OPS+ 130, 9 batazos de vuelta completa y 27CI.
2B_ LN Adam Frazier (Piratas)
Frazier siempre ha sido un bateador de contacto, sin embargo esta temporada ha estado más paciente en el plato y a mantenido un porcentaje de embasado muy por encima al que promedia, en lo que proyecta ser su mejor temporada acá sus números AVG 329, OBP 392, SLG 468 y OPS 860.
Otro jugador destacado Jean Segura (Phillips) Con su linea ofensiva AVG 315, OBP 371, SLG 444 y OPS en 815
SS_LA- Xander Bogaerts (Boston)
En el campocorto hemos elegido al titular de Boston la cual ha sido el máximo aportado ofensivo en su posición, con línea ofensiva de AVG 321, OBP 378, SLG 543 y un OPS de 921.
Otro jugador destacado Carlos Correa (Houston), después de un lento comienzo el de Houston está buscando poner los mejores números de su carrera, antes de salir a la agencia libre, acá su linea ofensiva AVG 290, OBP 375, SLG 500 y OPS 875.
SS_LN Fernando Tatis (San Diego)
Después de firmar uno de los contratos más lucrativos de la historia de la MLB e iniciar la temporada con problemas de lesiones, el Dominicano a demostrado que solamente necesita estar sano para establecerse como uno de los mejores jugadores en la MLB, esta temporada ha dejado la siguiente línea ofensiva AVG 277, OBP 358, SLG 639, OPS 996, conectando 17 HR, 3ro en la Liga.
Por consiguiente tenemos al jugador Trea Turner (Washington), el de WSH como siempre demostrando ser uno de los jugadores con mayor contacto y velocidad, estableciendo la siguiente línea AVG 305, OBP 352, SLG 479, OPS 830 con 10 HR.
3B_LN- Kris Bryant (Cubs)
El ex MVP a levantado nuevamente su bat, después de tener problemas con el mismo en años anteriores, aunque su manager lo ha usado en distintas posiciones esta temporada y no se ha establecido de lleno en la 3B, es imposible dejarlo fuera de las votaciones al dejar las siguientes estadísticas AVG 307, OBP 383, SLG 575, OPS 959, OPS+ 167 y 13 HR conectados.
Continuamos con Austin Riley (Atlanta), de los prospectos con más proyección en la organización de Atlanta, deja los siguientes números ofensivos AVG 306, OBP 388 SLG 526, OPS 913, OPS+141, 11 HR conectados, números muy parecidos entre ambos jugadores.
3B_LA- Rafael Devers (Boston)
El Joven Devers ha sido uno de los mejores frutos que ha desarrollado la granja de Boston, aunque ha tenido un poco de problemas de visualizar la zona de Strikes está temporada, eso no ha evitado que el Dominicano tenga los números bien balanceados para elegirlo en su posición acá sus números ofensivos AVG 270, OBP 339, SLG 559, OPS+142, con 15 HR conectados y 48 carreras traídas al plato.
Otro jugador destacado Alex Bregman (Houston), la única razón por la cual no pongo a Bregman por encima de Devers, es porque no ha desmotrado el poder que acostumbramos a ver en el, aunque sólo tiene 7 HR y 31 carreras producidas en 11 turnos menos que su rival, sus Splitts han estado extremadamente buenos con AVG 295, OBP 384, SLG 464, OPS 848 y OPS+ en 136.
DH_LA- JD Martínez (Boston)
El derecho ha sido la cabeza ofensiva del equipo, como siempre mostrando su poder, contacto y disciplina en el Home play, acá dejo su aporte ofensivo esta temporada, AVG 313, OBP 380, SLG 553, OPS 933, 12 HR y 39 Carreras impulsadas.
Otro jugador destacado, Yordan Álvarez (Houston), esta temporada luchando con sus lesiones, pero siempre que ha estado sano ha sido aportando a la ofensiva de Houston, acá sus líneas ofensivas AVG 299, OBP 348, SLG 513, OPS 861, 8HR y 31 Carreras impulsadas

Cedric Mulligs (Baltimore)
Muy pocos conocerán a este muchacho y casi lo dejó por fuera de la votación, pero al verificar sus números ofensivos y ver que lidera la liga Americana en Hits, no era justo no darle mi voto, en su primera temporada como titular, ha dejado la siguiente línea AVG 323, OBP 392, SLG 536, OPS 928 y 9 HR, solamente con 19 Producidas pero hay que tomar en cuenta que Cedric es el 1er bate de Baltimore.

Creo que esta temporada es el mejor dúo ofensivo hasta ahora, el compañero de equipo de Winker, es otro que ha estado que no se le puede lanzar, acá sus excelentes números ofensivos AVG 355 (Líder MLB), OBP 412 (2do LN), SLG 622 (2do LN), OPS 1.034 (2do LN) y 12 HR.
Ronald Acuña (Atlanta)
El Venezolano desde su debut ha sido uno de los peloteros más completos de la MLB, aunque ha luchado un poco para conocer la zona de Strike, este año a tomado una gran suma de Boletos para mejorar sus Splitts ofensivos que acá les mostraremos AVG 284, OBP 393, SLG 612, OPS 1.005 y 18 Hr empatado en el primer lugar de la MLB.

Pues vaya que lo has hecho bien y es más sencillo cuando se recibe ayuda. A nosotros nos ha costado enviar nuestra boleta porque nos ha parecido mucho trabajo para analizar (echando broma).
