Beer Tasting: Tektonik's Mitzi SIPA and Mali Grad IPA

Hello beer tasters! 🍺 🍻 😎 🍻 🍺

How's going? I survived HF24 and you too, probably. There are still some issues in some dapps but more or less the Hive blockchain successfully updated.
And here? Very seriously, as far as #covid19 is concerned, it's a record number of infections every day, at least half of Europe is already in lock-down.

Well, it doesn’t change much for me, I’m usually alone in my studio at this time and since it’s a new Friday, new beers are also available. 😎

Tektonik's Mitzi Session IPA

As you can see from the background, I’ve been studying steampunk art for the last couple of days, here’s one likable Mona Lisa in that style and this beer is a dull yellow-brown color with very little foam. Alcohol 4.5% ABV.

Craft brewery Tektonik from Ljubljana, Slovenia is one of the better known here, I have already tasted some beers, check out my links below 😎 :)

The first sip goes very smoothly down the throat. A very aromatic beer, with a moderate bitterness of hops all the time, and the flavors of tropical fruits and citrus and maybe apricots intertwine. I emptied the bottle very quickly. I could easily have another ... and another ... well ... well, that will be enough :)

Mali Grad IPA

This beer is something completely different compared to the previous one. From the microbrewery Mali grad, Kamnik, Slovenia. Indian Pale Ale, bottle 0.5 l, alcohol 6.0% ABV.

Clear orange color with very firm and solid foam. Already in the first sip, you can feel the strong bitterness of hops, mixed with the aroma of citrus and herbs. Nothing discreet, a direct blow to the taste and nose that lasts until the end and stays in the mouth for quite some time. Real IPA as befits, which means you have to be careful. If I drank more of them (I would like to drink another one or two right away) I would probably have problems the next day ...

To conclude, both beers are great but on different occasions. If you went to a party, you'd rather drink the first one, it's happening more slowly and growing, but if you want to talk to a friend at the bar, the second one would be more appropriate, you feel it very quickly, the gift of speech increases, you visualize the debate more colorfully, haha ​​...
