Talk about an early Christmas gift this past weekend; I ventured across the mighty Mississippi River once again to the state of Minnesota to check out my favorite local liquor store's new inventory. Lo and behold, I found this beautiful little surprise; 12/5/2020 production of Toppling's Pseu in a 12 pack of 12 oz cans. This is new...previous to this, one could only find Pseu on draught or in a 16 oz can. I'm excited for this new package.

How does it taste? Well, wonderful, if you must ask. This is my favorite pale ale in the world, and the fresher you can find it, the better it is. I will undoubtedly give this one a 4.50 / 5.00 out of Untappd.

I used a Russian River glass for this one because...well...is this beer in the Pliney class of beers? It's not quite the same style, but I would argue yes, this beer is a Pliney equivalent. I know that's saying a lot, but I'll say it anyway :)

The color is hazy and beautiful. Every sip makes you think you have pulp in your mouth, and it's a good thing. A highly recommended beer to all if you can find it with a fresh fill date. I especially recommend it if you are a Citra fan.

That's my #beersaturday entry for the week. I started drinking this on Saturday during the Green Packers game, then some last night during the season finale of The Mandalorian, and now I see I only three cans left. I may need to get to Minnesota yet again, as we have a special day today to celebrate. Happy Winter Solstice and Great Conjunction to everyone here; hoping all of you are safe, happy, and well.
