How is my favorite brewing community doing today? a special greeting to my friend @detlev who has me hooked every week sharing more and more beers that I have drank in Uruguay, today I come to talk to you about the Stella Artois beer, from Belgium and we drank it last Sunday in celebration of the day of As mothers, we went out to a local Venezuelan to eat cachapas and then we went for a walk and had several beers, my boyfriend, my mother-in-law and I.

¡Salud! ¿Cómo se encuentra hoy mi comunidad cervecera favorita? un saludo especial a mi amigo @detlev quien me tiene enganchada todas las semanas compartiendo mas y mas cervezas que he tomado en Uruguay, hoy vengo a hablarles sobre la cerveza Stella Artois, proveniente de Bélgica y la bebimos el domingo pasado en celebración del día de las madres, salimos a un local Venezolano a comer cachapas y luego paseamos y nos tomamos varias cervezas mi novio, mi suegra y yo.

I like the Stella Artois very much, I had already taken it several times before but I never took photos of it and I had not been able to tell you about it, on its label it says that it has been since 1366, that seemed very impressive because bone, we are talking about more 600 years old, do some research and it turns out that it was initially created as a beer for the Christmas season, hence its name Stella, which would be "star" referring to the star of Bethlehem.

La Stella Artois me gusta muchísimo, ya la había tomado varias veces antes pero nunca le tomaba fotos y no había podido hablarles sobre ella, en su etiqueta dice que esta desde el año 1366, eso me pareció muy impresionante porque ósea, estamos hablando de mas de 600 años, investigue un poco y resulta que inicialmente fue creada como una cerveza para la época navideña, de allí viene su nombre Stella que seria "estrella" haciendo referencia a la estrella de Belén.

Although originally this beer comes in several presentations, in Uruguay I have only seen the one that comes in 1 liter, so in general I had taken it when I got together with other people such as family or friends.

On the back of the bottle there is an inscription that says "More than 600 years of Belgian brewing expertise, represented in a perfectly balanced lager. With an intense flavor and a delicate finish, Stella Artois was created to be enjoyed" and the truth is that I share The feeling, I like it a lot, it has a smooth and fresh flavor, I took about 5 glasses and it was as if nothing, it is a perfect beer to enjoy with the people you like.

Aun que originalmente esta cerveza viene en varias presentaciones, en Uruguay solo he visto la que viene en 1 litro, asi que por lo general la había tomado cuando me junto con otras personas como familia o amigos.

En la parte trasera de la botella tiene una inscripción que dice "Mas de 600 años de expertise cervecero belga, representados en una lager perfectamente balanceada. De intenso sabor y final delicado, Stella Artois fue creada para ser disfrutada" y la verdad es que comparto el sentimiento, me gusta mucho tiene un sabor suave y fresco me tome cerca de 5 vasos y estaba como si nada, es una cerveza perfecta para disfrutar con las personas que te agradan.

Speaking a bit about its phenotypic characteristics, I love that the bottle is green, this color on glass looks fabulous, only to be highlighted with white labels with a touch of gold on the neck of the bottle and then in its central part, a bottom label white with black font among other colors, a good choice because the bottle looks great.

When served in the glass, the beer does not foam as much but it is of a bright golden light color and has a pleasant smell like fruit or slight herbal and if we talk about the flavor, although it maintains a little bitterness it is also a bit sweet and very refreshing.

Hablando un poco de sus características fenotípicas, me encanta que la botella sea verde, este color en vidrio se ve fabuloso, solo para resaltarlo con etiquetas blancas con toque dorados en el cuello de la botella y luego en su parte central, una etiqueta de fondo blanco con fuente negra entre otros colores, una buena elección porque la botella se ve fenomenal.

Al servirla en el vaso, la cerveza no hace tanta espuma pero es de un color claro dorado brillante y tiene un olor agradable como frutal o herbal leve y si hablamos del sabor, aunque mantiene un pequeño amargor también es un poco dulce y muy refrescante.

A curious fact about this beer is that two years ago in 2019 it was awarded the prize for "best international beer" by the organization World Beer Awards, they have more than 15 years honoring the best in the world brewer.

Un dato curioso sobre esta cerveza es que hace dos años en el 2019 fue galardonada con el premio a "mejor cerveza internacional" por la organización World Beer Awards, ellos tienen mas de 15 años homenajeando a lo mejor del mundo cervecero.

Although we have plenty of Stella in Australia I've never seen it in a 1Litre version - great for sharing.
