Hey Steeminas, dear BEER lovers

today just a little update from the development team of the BEER token.

The Steem #BEERpong game will focus on the fun for all Steemians.

Together with this fun, you will be able to earn or to loose some BEER as this token is the fuel for the game.

After we had several tests with the game code, now the design phase of the frontend started.

Here you see an early draft of the table for the one player modus, wich we plan to start in February 2020

The first goal

Within the next few weeks we will start to work on the gameplay and the different ways to throw a ball into the direction of a cup.

What is BEERpong?

Beer pong, also known as Beirut, is a "drinking" game in which players throw a ping pong ball across a table with the intent of landing the ball in a cup of beer on the other end.

The game typically consists of opposing teams of two or more players per side with 6 or 10 cups set up in a triangle formation on each side.

Each team then takes turns attempting to shoot ping pong balls into the opponent's cups. If a ball lands in a cup (known as a 'make'), the contents of that cup are consumed by the other team and the cup is removed from the table. The first team to eliminate all of the opponent's cups is the winner.

How does BEERpong work on steem?

Everything is different on the blockchain. We work on the perfect parameters for a great mix of fun and BEER.

We will start the Steem #BEERpong with a single player version where you have 8 balls to hit the 6 cups to win the game.

As we don't support any alcohol games, the rules and the wins will be a little bit different. You play to win some more.

Next steps will be a multiplayer version and even some tournaments in 2020.

How to throw a ball

Here you see some tactical ways to throw a ball in real life and with the Steem #BEERpong you have to use your mouse or even your touchpad to throw the ball into the cup.

Whenever you do a hit that cup will disappear and - as in the real game - something strange will happen.

We are giggeling a lot during the development sessions about that different situations you might face. All the fun ideas - to have you enjoying the game - keep us going.
