Honor Buried Deep : Back to Azamo Bay

There was a time, not long ago, when I met this one merchant, called Hyeo, in Azamo, he told me that his neighbor had secretly met some bandits and dealing in an unclear business. If this were true, the neighbor must be brought to justice.

So today I went to investigate the home by the Azamo cemetery. I travelled with my horse, and it was raining at that night.

On my way to Hyeo's intended house, I ran into a group of black-clad bandits in the middle of the road.

I drew my sword and challenged the strongest bandits in the group. But the bandit is not that strong. The bandit died easily.

The second bandit received a worse fate. My sword pierced through the heart of the bandit.

The neck of the third bandit was cut hard. A lot of blood poured out through the neck of the third bandit.

The last bandit tried to block my sword attack with his sword, but unfortunately, my sword swung so fast that the bandit didn't have time to block it. His delay cost him his life.

After I finished off the black-clad bandits, I continued on my way. Finally, I arrived at the house that Hyeo meant. It looks like an abandoned house, but the existence of a bonfire that has just started making it more suspicious.

After I finished investigating the contents of the house, I finally decided to hide behind a bush to wait for the people coming and going in this house. My wait was not in vain. Some people came back to this house and started chatting. They mentioned the Statue of Inari and how lucky they were to have escaped from the Mongols. So, I thought there were thieves.

I think these must be thieves but still not sure. So I had no choice but to follow them when they started to leave the house.

I followed them from behind without them noticing. When they arrived at a crossroads, a group of Mongols on horseback was moving fast. I hide myself and so do they. We were lucky that we were not caught.

Finally they stopped at a cemetery. They were burying the Inari Statue. From their conversation, they were not bad people. Neither a thief nor a bandit. But they are respectful and responsible people. What they actually did, they hid Tsushima's badge of honor so it wouldn't fall into the hands of thieves, bandits, and especially the Mongols.

I came out of hiding and revealed myself. They were very excited and happy because the samurai which for them is a hero came to visit them. They don't want to waste this meeting and directly ask for help from this samurai.

Before we finished speaking, someone came rushing in and told us that they were surrounded by the Mongol army. They were trapped in a house, which included of farmers, women, and the sick.

Men who were young and strong enough to fight advanced forward against the Mongols while the peasants who were old and tired of fighting fell back to safer places.

The fight is inevitable. I had to act quickly because they were fighting without any armor, while the Mongol army they had to fight was fully equipped with armor.

The first target is usually the archer. They are weak, and usually killed with a single cut.

Looks like they were having trouble in the back, I should act faster to avoid any deaths.

Young and brave. Now I wish that I could update their armor and weapon like I did in the fallout 4 game.

Look at the blood gushing out, it is like a shower that pours water in torrents.

It's like a scene, teachers and students practicing martial arts of murdering.

I cut from the front, he cut from the back. A great collaboration. xD

3 vs 1.. why not...

Well done my apprentice.. xD

It's easier to fight when the npc we need to protect is close to us, especially if one of the npc we need to protect is also protecting us from afar with his arrow. It will be so much fun.

And that's the last of the Mongol.

After killing all the Mongols, with the help of two brave young men, I finally met their leader. After speaking with their leader, I found out that they have good intentions and have been protecting these people all this time. So I asked them to follow me to Azamo Bay. They will be safer and join more people who are able to fight the Mongol army in there. They were grateful and agreed to follow me.

So, we moved to Azamo Bay. After speaking with the guard on duty at the time, these people finally managed to enter Azamo Bay and secure a safer residence there.

A representative of the people thanked me and after that we parted ways.

Before I left, I managed to take some photos of the beach near Azamo Bay. Very beautiful scenery.

So, that's all for today. Thank you so much for your support! Until the next tale of Tsushima! Have a nice day!

Note : All photos were screenshots taken by me while playing Ghost of Tsushima game. My thumbnail picture was edited using PixeLab apps, and it is my face with samurai's attire generated by ToonMe app
