Dear Travellers,

2020 has been a challenging year for us all. Instead of travelling the world, many of us have been stuck at one place under more or less strict lockdowns. On the other hand, for our team this meant plenty of time to turn our vision for TravelFeed into reality.

Over the course of this year, TravelFeed has developed from a minimum viable product to a flourishing community for travellers and travel bloggers. Not through some miracle, but through hard work, and most of all – you! Thank you for supporting us through this difficult year.

We wish you a Happy New Year and many exciting travels in 2021!

New EasyEditor

When we introduced EasyEditor, we wanted to deliver an experience that can match Medium or Wordpress. With our new update, we believe that we have reached that level. While the original EasyEditor involved a lot of scrolling between the editor itself, the options and the preview, in the new EasyEditor the options have moved to the sidebar and the preview is now shown in an overlay. We have also improved the performance and functionality of the options, especially the SEO tool and the location picker.

Add photos from Unsplash with one click

Inside the editor, you find a new "image link" block. As the name suggests, you can embed images from any URL, but there also is a second tab that brings a popular feature from Medium to TravelFeed: From within the editor, you can search for free photos from Unsplash and add them with one click!
