This is my first Dash Out Sunday-Breakfast post.😀
It's all about Creation & Selection.
I will start my first Dash Out Sunday with a nice
selection, next time i cook/create for y'all.😉
So what's the selection!?
Vegan Apple Cake,cake...gimmi that cake 😜
I love coffee & cake, this one was delivered by my
organic delivery service...😋
But the "Good Morning" herbal tea wanted to become part
of me, too.
Some fresh Clementines or Oranges for the Vitamins
Ah yeah, Italians only drink Espresso 😎
Vegan 4 sure with rice milk...

You probably know this record if you are into Reggae,
i love this record especially because of the sound.
The vinyl mastering on this album is just awesome!
No matter if you start Side A with "Coming in from the cold"
or if you start Side B with "Zion Train", the sound is so
warm, crisp and phatt! The drums just sound great.
I hope i will get my own record/vinyl one day, sounding nearly as good.

At the moment we're using almond milk, which isn't bad at all.

A good rice milk leaves you the best coffee taste.
It tastes pretty neutral, which it should, because i wanna taste
the coffee 😋
Almond is good, too...
Have to find a baker who would like to take up that challenge.
Most bakers here bake the old fashioned way. Not so many vegans here.
And I know what you mean... The coffee should be the star. There were a couple of times, that I had run out milk and drank the coffee black. Was not bad at all.

Yes star, vinyl is a unique analog sound...no digital can "mess" with it really... but not every vinyl is mixed & mastered "the right way"...

But what? Espresso with milk? I thought the milk side of things is not done... unless going for cappuccino... But hey, am not an Italian, and did only spend three or four weeks in total over the last few decades on Italian soil. So what do I know :)

But this is not why i mentioned it, my double Espresso with half a glass
of rice milk is my vegan..."Caffe con' Latte" for breakfast.
In Italy Coffee= Espresso, there is no "normal coffee".
This is just for tourists, Italians call it "dirty water"or
"Caffe americano" 😉
Yea I did, but didnt realise this is Espresso + Milk. I thought this is coffee + milk. But you know, am from this tiny country below all sea levels that started learning to drink decent coffee only in the last 1 or 2 decades. More last 1 dcade then 2 if I may add 🤣
That explains it! Next time I'm in Italy I will never ever ask for coffee anymore; Sounds way too much like a tourist not knowing anything about the country visiting 😉

No, actually asking for "Un Caffè" is the Italian way (if you are in an Italian Bar e.g.), and you should always get an espresso 😉
Ok Ok Cool. Noe I need to book a trip to Italy and bring the coffee/espresso thing in reality (and eat lots and lots of great Italian icecream, pastas and what not 🙃)... My government tells me I shall not do this in the foreseeable future though... d*rn
