Dreams to Reality

Dreams to reality.

Sometimes it seems people are better at manifesting their dreams than others. Sometimes we see people work really hard to create their dreams but whatever they do, it just doesn't work out for them.

Then there are those that barely even try, they just do what they can and things seem to magically happen. Then we see those who work hard and get results. There is no right way to turn dreams into reality but the most straightforward path seems to be hard work.

But without a meaning greater than self, the pursuit is fruitless or only a trickle compared to what it could be.

“We turn dreams to reality, we work hard and we nah look nuh charity.”

The words of Kabaka Pyramid in his latest single titled " Dreams to Reality. I really dig those lines and I am loving this new single as it has that authentic Dancehall vibe with a message to last an eternity. A combination like that is a powerful weapon to motivate the people in these times.1

Too many people expect a charity, too deserving, like the world owes them something when it doesn't. In this song Kybaka Pyramid's formula is hard work and gratitude and that to me is the winning combination to turn dreams to reality.

But first, how can you turn a dream to reality when you don't know what you really want?

Dreams to Reality - Official Music Video

The video is cool isn't it? The way everything transforms in front of our eyes. Wouldn't that be nice? Instant manifestation. But the be honest, life goes by so fast that dreams turn to reality really fast IF we really know what we want and pursue it.

Yes-I, a righteous message. Poverty tourism one of the poisons of Cambodia. Too many developed nations folk contributing to the IMF and WTO, then going to the lesser developed world wondering why they can’t rise up.

This realization causes them to open a charity or NGO in Cambodia, while never trying to fix the real root of the problem. It’s not even a band-aid.

A true man. They get the nations used to the charity instead of helping to fix infrastructure or offer guidance. So is like they want these nations to stay dependent on them.

Once I read a story about how some "benefactors" came to Africa and began to sell canned meat. They sold it very cheaply, so much so that the local factories that produced it remained unnecessary and fell apart. Then these beneficiaries left, and local companies went bankrupt, people were left without food and work in hunger. Here is an example of how “beneficiaries” destroyed the economy with the help of a "charity" event.

People should understand that only they are responsible for themselves and only they are power. Only with our own hands we will get out of here. A similar situation is happening in Ukraine now, but this happens only because people agree with this. Many people are too infantile to think for themselves.

The majority of society is too sick. Now I see a way out for thinking people in the community. Now there will be an era of community. Here we are gathered here on the Reggaesteem, on the Hive and this is good. We can exchange energy and help each other. I love all the people here.

Goo story, the helping hand was a thwart to future growth. A lot of times nations don't see the long term consequences because the present looks meek.

That is right, we are responsible for design our lives, even with all the distractions of the times, we are the creators of our destiny.

Interesting dream, I was meditating on ideas for ReggaeJAHM and was thinking of digital products, especially instrumentals as vloggers, videographers and vocalists all need them. Imagine being able to buy a track right in post after listening to it, using HIVE ,HBD JAHM and other tokens? Man that is gonna be gold, it Is only an idea now but nI am sure @paekd can get that coded easily, building on the tip feature.

Yees, I want to do this and put a price on the tracks affordable for everyone. Today, parks should open and I will be able to work again to collect money for moving and equipment. Now I am at the stage of raising funds for studio monitors and some studio equipment, since I want my tracks to be high-quality and anyone can use it on radio and large concert venues. This is my responsibility :)

I hope by this time the JAHM token will increase in price so that I can put more adequate and convenient numbers. JAHM will be on hive-engine?

Good question, but basically waiting to see what SMTS bring vs HIVE engine, as to bring it over now would be a distraction without a real use case. The value of JAHM was never real in my opinion, there were people doing market making who weren't even asked to do market making. But in regards to selling tracks HBD is the real way to go and then HIVE, at the end of the day, we are gonna have to sell any other token for the mother token.

What would you like to see happen with the JAHM token?

There were times when a token was worth 5 cents. I would like a token to cost at least 1 cent. And if it costs 2-2.5 cents, I will be very happy. Heh)
And it will be nice set price 100-500 JAHM, but no 1000000000000 JAHM.

What do you meen? Y mean price was too high or too low?

we are gonna have to sell any other token for the mother token
Not always. I think I can accept the token directly into the wallet. A person will simply drop JAHM from his wallet into my wallet if he has a enough number of tokens.

Yes, but I mean like, most will sell for hive to vary out I to fiat. But not if things can be bought with Jahm.

What do you think about the future Jahm?
What can be done to make the price go up?

I used to work as an SMM in the editorial office, therefore, for my part, I see Jahm must promotion in social networks to Jahm go beyond the limits of Steemit and the Hive.

Sorry I made some typos lol. But yeah man, beyond steeem and hive is a must. Now I think if we build a solid community with people who engage and really take the community as their own, jahm will find use cases from the minds combined. I am a great believer in the power of the mastermind.

You know we speak “patois” but English is the official language we learn in schools, patois is learnt in the streets and from family and friends. It’s like a slang.

It is about giving enough to keep you going but not enough to develop and grow. We who are the articulate few have to try and understand that... If it look like we are going to succeed they have the tools to pull us back. IMF is one of those tools.. ImF main roll is to ensure that Western Lenders can get back their money with interest. While the Western countries gain influence and control over you....It should be noted that the IMF dont care if the local invest get pay or not that is the host country responsibility..

"Giving enough to keep you going" I believe that. They stand to gain more by keeping third world countries dependent so they can sell us their products. The virus as bad as it is, is a wake up call to be more independent/interdependent and support our own. Once the hotels open up, is the locals gonna go mi thinks.
I really need to study more about the IMF.

I agree with you considering me and you, even if Kabaka wants to live like that (only sometimes hopefully)...ok, whatever, but he should not publish music about Rasta living like a Yuppie... that's too hypocritical in my eyes.
Reminds me of "Buppie" from Macka B, you know that tune? ;)
Bob made more money than all of them together, and you never hear him gettin "materialistic".... overstand ;)

you are so right, but I understand the audience he is trying to reach, and that will catch their attention, is like it blends in with the hardcore that gets played these days but also carries a message. Just listen the Mackie tune, heard it before but never really took een the words till now.

Respect for posting di tune ;)
I overstand Bredda, i always say, it's a thin line between finding the middle/balance and
being a hypocrite... i try to check me and my actions in life on the regular, to avoid the hypocrite :P
and instead find a healthy balance.
Bless up
