2 Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
- What kind of prosecution are we facing?
Matthew 5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
- Why did they say all evil 😈 against us?
1 Peter 4:3-4 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:
Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:
- The reason people do evil 😈 against us is because we are not like them
John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
- We Christian are not of the world and that is why they detest us
