Job 9:4-5 KJV
He is wise in heart, and mighty in strength: who hath hardened himself against him, and hath prospered? [5] Which removeth the mountains, and they know not: which overturneth them in his anger.
It is God that shakes the earth as a result of His anger. Parents experience anger to the children, friends also get angry with each other and even brothers. So God has the right to be angry.
Romans 1:18 KJV
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Psalm 103:8 KJV
The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
God is slow to anger. God does not get angry without a cause.
