Zoom Prayer Meeting. 29th June 2021

Here are what I understood from the teachings yesterday.

The word charge is to seek forgiveness from God for our shortcomings.
Romans 1:28
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Romans 1:25
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
They are those who worship the things created by God, instead of the creator(God).
They fell that they are on the right track but the end is destruction.

We should all know that life is govern by light or darkness.
There is good and there is evil.
They are people who have choosed not to worship the true God.
They have invented different things and dishonour God and refuse to acknowledge God.
Anyone who says he/she is for God must reflect the character of Christ by obeying the doctrines of God.

Romans 1:21
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
They know God and intentionally refuse to acknowledge him

Titus 1:16
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

They are those who say and pretend to know God,but their deeds are abominable.
And their good deeds don't reflect in them.

2 Timothy 3:17
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
A man of God is to do all good works, his good deeds is open to all. He strives regularly.
Ephesians 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

As Christians, we must always givr thanks to God at all point in our lifes.
Thanksgiving entails singing, praising, offering unto God and doing good works.

Psalm 92:1 KJV
It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord , and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:

Thanksgiving must be accompanied with action and love or charity from our hearts.

Colossians 3:17 KJV
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
