Hey lovelies
It's your favorite girl @debbie-ese
Welcome to my blog

So, I wanted to eat something during lunch break but I didn't want something heavy. Luckily, I spotted an orange seller not too far from where I was. I had to move close to him to get some juice... Yeaaa. They were so big and juicy. He sold four for me at #100 ($0.26).

What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of health benefits of orange?

Vitamin C, I guess.

Citrus fruits are a major source of vitamin C but they also provide a range of other nutrients. Here are some reasons you need to more oranges.

Oranges are water-rich. Approximately a half cup of water can be derived from one medium orange. According to studies, 60 to 70% of the human body is made up of water and it is needed for all bodily activities. Water could be derived from water-rich foods such as orange. Taking adequate fluids daily help to support the body both mentally and physically, it improves circulation of blood, and also enables easy flushing out of waste.

Orange is a source of fiber for the body and a medium size orange can produce about three grams of it. The fiber in oranges helps to regulate blood sugar, insulin levels, as well as supporting digestive system. It also enables us to sleep healthy.

One of the major health benefits of oranges is that it is rich in vitamin C. One orange contains about 80% of the daily vitamin C necessary for the body. Vitamin C supports immune system, it produces collagen and it enables the body to make use of fat as a source of fuel for the body during exercise and at rest.

Other nutrients that can be found in oranges are potassium and folate.

Thank you for your time lovelies.
