I took a selfie while swimming. I like half underwater photos. It is too hard to take it but I love it.

Here is Bosphorus, Istanbul. Under the 3rd bridge between Asia and Europe.

I am trying to comprehend how you captured the image, your phone is waterproof or you had the camera outside the water and I could see you hands in the water.
