"Change in People" (my original poem)

People can change, You can change,
It can be when they were hurt,
It can be maybe when they suffering,
Or maybe when I am happy with my life.

I keep questioning behavior,
I keep asking for facial signs,
It took me moments to understand a reaction,
It took me the courage to understand emotions.

How can a person feel your suffering,
A child can feel your pain and stress,
A parent can understand your situation,
A friend cannot forget that connection.

People are people with feelings and emotions, People shows empathy for connection,
Being open to these in life says hello to love, hurt and pain,
Don’t forget who you are, as people do change!
