In the “city of fine” (Singapore), a minor offense like chewing a gum, littering, & or vandalism is more expensive than a traffic violation. However, there is a place in this city where expressing your inner creativity through vandalism can be done without prejudice or penalties - Kampong Glam. I took this photo of one of the walls where as you can see, paints & stickers are already placed on top of the other.
Obviously, there's no rule on who put where and there are no reservations. Everyone is free to express themselves.
