¡Hola a todos! Espero que hoy sea un buen día, pleno de salud, amor, prosperidad y alegría. Como dije ayer, fecharé mis escritos, pues de esta manera puedo crear mi propia bitácora personal, así pues que hoy es viernes 25 de Septiembre de 2020, un día que nos brinda un radiante sol, les presento mi cuarta publicación en esta comunidad.

Hoy quiero mostrarles unas fotos de un cultivo que es nuevo para mí, pero como me gusta tanto su producto, sembré aproximadamente 20 plantas para ver su adaptación a este clima tan caluroso: //

Estas tres fotos las tomé hoy en la mañana, mientras estaba trabajando un rato en mi solar. Debo decir que la chía la planté como un experimento, pues sé que crece mejor en un clima fresco. Por eso las sembré en dos macetas grandes, aunque creo que les hace falta espacio, sin embargo descubrí que fue muy oportuno sembrarlas en un recipiente alto, porque a los morrocoyes que tengo les encanta su sabor, y las ramas u hojas que se me han caído, las engullen.
These three photos I took today in the morning, while I was working for a while in my lot. I must say that chia was planted as an experiment, as I know it grows best in a cool climate. That is why I sowed them in two large pots, although I think they lack space, however I discovered that it was very appropriate to plant them in a tall container, because the morrocoyes (turtles) that I have love their flavor, and the branches or leaves that have been fallen, they gobble them up.
He consumido las semillas de chía desde hace 6 meses aproximadamente. Las coloco a remojar en leche y luego de dos horas las licúo, aromatizo con vainilla, endulzo y me tomo un buen vaso. Debo decir que es un alimento muy completo que da una sensación de saciedad bastante buena, por lo que fácilmente sustituye una cena.
I have been consuming chia seeds for about 6 months. I place them to soak in milk and after two hours I blend them, flavor them with vanilla, sweeten them and have a good glass. I must say that it is a very complete food that gives a feeling of satiety quite good, so it easily substitutes a dinner.
