How to have fun in life

I look back on my past life. When did I have fun in life? When writing in an engineering student's late-night study writing meeting, exchanging thoughts with literary students, watching the changing landscape while running, learning something new like a saxophone, having fun meetings with close friends, and photos of children as a child When you look at, when you go on a family trip.

So, what can you do to make the rest of your life more fun? Two books helped organize my thoughts. It is a book titled "I almost lived hard," written by Ha Wan, and "Five Things I Regret When I Die" by Brony Weir, a caregiver who cared for terminally ill patients in a nursing home in Australia.

First, live by doing what you want to do, that is, "useless," without being bound by other people's eyes or expectations. Walking, traveling, saxophone, salsa dancing, meditation, yoga, writing, etc.

Second, do less work. Gradually reduce work in the company. To make money is not to endure. The more I look at money, the more I get bound by it. If you live frugally, you can live more lazy. To live frugally, you have to move your body more. Instead of paying money, you have to beat it with your body. However, you can save time and effort to make money.

Third, spend more time with friends and family. Priority is given to time with friends and family, which was delayed on the excuse of being busy with work.

Fourth, we have the wisdom to humbly accept the results of our intense efforts and the courage to challenge again. The world doesn't just go the way I want. I am greedy, but I am not bothered by greed. I have expectations, but I am not bothered by expectations. I have a dream, but I am not bothered by the dream. I live with this mind.

I do more "useless things", do less work, spend more time with friends and family, live with the wisdom of accepting reality and the courage to challenge again.

At the moment of death , I hope to be able to say , " My life was fine, it was fun."
