An absolutely stunning response. I didn't realise you were born with an anxiety disorder and I'm not entirely sure what that means or what it's been like for you, but I empathise, having experienced the paralyzing swells of anxiety and fear, grief and loss myself. How brave we are to feel it all anyway and wave the flags of our surrender, so that we can steer the boat to shore again.
