Bienvenidos a mi blog y a esta comunidad que recién visito gracias a la publicación del amigo @starstrings01 en dónde nos habla del empoderamiento y como hago para alcanzarlo. La vida es única cuando vivimos todos unidos en paz y amor afianzando así el poder que tenemos cada uno de nosotros sobre la tierra .
Sabemos que el empoderamiento viene dado de la palabra Poder, es decir todo aquello en lo que solo buenos y podemos hacer en la vida, muchas veces como mujeres en una sociedad se nos impone un tipo de doctrina en dónde debemos acatar ciertas medidas para poder vivir bajo la regla de mujer perfecta, aquella que solo está en casa cuidando los niños y la que tiene que esperar a que la figura masculina llegue. En está publicación quiero enfocarme en ambos géneros y como se proyecta ante una sociedad.

Welcome to my blog and to this community that I just visited thanks to the publication of my friend @starstrings01 where he talks about empowerment and how I do to achieve it. Life is unique when we all live united in peace and love thus strengthening the power that each one of us have on earth.
We know that empowerment comes from the word Power, that is to say everything that we are good at and can do in life, many times as women in a society a type of doctrine is imposed on us where we must abide by certain measures in order to live under the rule of the perfect woman, the one who is only at home taking care of the children and the one who has to wait for the male figure to arrive. In this publication I want to focus on both genders and how they are projected before a society.
What does self-empowerment mean to ME and what steps am I taking to empower myself?
Libertad // Freedom
Antes de entrar al tema como tal podemos iniciar hablando sobre la libertad, aquella que necesitamos para expresarnos y dar una opinión publica sobre la sociedad, libertad a realizar lo que pensamos justo y necesario. Cuando somos personas libres, nuestros pensamientos e ideales salen a flor de piel y es cuando podemos decir que hemos roto el yugo de la opresión, recordemos que hace muchos años la mujer era vista como amuleto para la casa en dónde pasaban todo el día trabajando para la familia muestras que el padre de familia salia a trabajar, hoy en día eso se ha perdido gracias al empoderamiento de la mujer porque nos dimos cuenta que somos tan competentes como los hombres, que al igual que ellos podemos tener un trabajo que sea masculino y salir adelante, siempre y cuando este a la altura de la mujer.
La sociedad nos ha hecho salir adelante gracias a muchas medidas que se nos ha impuesto, hoy en día la mujer trabaja, sale adelante y puede mantener un hogar, somos audaces, fuertes y podemos conquistar un imperio.
Before going into the topic as such, we can start talking about freedom, the freedom we need to express ourselves and give a public opinion about society, freedom to do what we think is right and necessary. When we are free people, our thoughts and ideals come to the surface and that is when we can say that we have broken the yoke of oppression, remember that many years ago the woman was seen as an amulet for the house where they spent all day working for the family samples that the father of the family went out to work, today that has been lost thanks to the empowerment of women because we realized that we are as competent as men, that like them we can have a job that is masculine and get ahead, as long as it is at the height of the woman.
Society has made us get ahead thanks to many measures that have been imposed on us, today women work, get ahead and can maintain a home, we are bold, strong and we can conquer an empire.
¿Qué significa para MÍ el autoempoderamiento?
Para MÍ el auto empoderamiento viene dado por esa fuerza interior que tenemos como seres humanos para salir adelante, esto siendo visto desde nuestra perspectiva hacia nosotros mismos. Empoderar es dejar claro de que somos capaces, es aquí donde hacemos uso de la palabra IGUALDAD, ya que como seres humanos podemos ser tratados de igual manera, nosotras las mujeres podemos ser involucrada en la sociedad como trabajadora y forjadora de un mejor futuro.
Hoy en día vemos muchos descubrimientos científicos y esto gracias muchas veces a las mujeres ya que somos inteligentes y capaces de buscar las cosas con mayor precisión, dando así con cosas que jamás en la vida imaginamos. La sociedad nos ha creado y nos ha impuesto la etiqueta de frágil, de no preservar cuando en realidad es todo lo contrario, la vida nos necesita, todos nos necesitamos y pienso en el lema que: Unidos somos más fuerte.
What does self-empowerment mean to ME?
For ME, self-empowerment is given by that inner strength that we have as human beings to move forward, this being seen from our perspective towards ourselves. To empower is to make clear what we are capable of, it is here where we make use of the word EQUALITY, because as human beings we can be treated equally, we women can be involved in society as workers and builders of a better future.
Today we see many scientific discoveries and this is often thanks to women because we are intelligent and able to look for things with greater precision, thus finding things that we never imagined in life. Society has created and imposed on us the label of fragile, of not preserving when in fact it is the opposite, life needs us, we all need each other and I think of the motto that: United we are stronger.
¿Qué pasos estoy tomando para empoderarme a mí mismo?
En lo personal y siguiendo un orden he trabajado mucho en mi empoderamiento, siendo una mujer que exije libertad todos los días es por eso que tengo un trabajo estable, mantengo un hogar, mantengo un hijo y aún así salgo adelante también ayudando a los demás. Cada día aprendí nuevas cosas, cada día salgo a triunfar, cada día merezco ser más incluida y menos excluida, que la sociedad vaya cambiado ese chip que tienen sobre nosotras.
Nuestra libertad la definimos como aquello en dónde somos libres para pensar, actuar, hacer, defender, trabajar, manejar en lo que verdaderamente queremos, sin esperar nadie que venga hacer el trabajo por nosotras, claro está sin perder la amabilidad con nosotras del sexo femenino. La libertad en los seres humanos es importante ya que somos libres para hacer lo que deseamos siempre y cuando vamos guardando la precaución ante las cosas, necesitamos más acompañamiento, menso distancia entre los seres humanos de ambos sexos. Cada día trabajo por ser más incluida ante la sociedad que merezco, trabajo en función de mis ideales, de mis decisiones y lo que creo sea mejor para mí, es hora de dejar esa mentalidad a la antigua y darnos cuánta que estamos en pleno siglo XXI.
What steps am I taking to empower myself?
Personally and following an order I have worked a lot on my empowerment, being a woman who demands freedom every day, that is why I have a stable job, I keep a home, I have a child and still I get ahead also helping others. Every day I learn new things, every day I go out to succeed, every day I deserve to be more included and less excluded, that society will change that chip that they have on us.
We define our freedom as that in which we are free to think, act, do, defend, work, manage what we really want, without expecting anyone to come and do the work for us, of course without losing the kindness with us of the female sex. The freedom in human beings is important because we are free to do what we want as long as we keep caution before things, we need more accompaniment, less distance between human beings of both sexes. Every day I work to be more included in the society that I deserve, I work according to my ideals, my decisions and what I think is best for me, it is time to leave that old mentality and realize that we are in the XXI century.

Yeah. Unlike of those days.. Women now hold big positions. We see women having companies organisations and so on. In fact a woman is part of the top 10 richest people in africa..
