Where Do You Draw Your Strength From, And What In Life Empowers You?

In life, everyone, one way or another needs a drive to not just exist but to thrive, make an impact or make a mark. This somehow requires a certain kind of energy, conviction or a purpose. Every of our efforts are somehow Incentivized by the fact that when we push, there will be some sort of reward at the end of the line and this is a sort of motivation, a psychological mindset that often gives people the strength to grind despite all odds.

Every effort we make in life is to minimize pain and maximize pleasure, and this is the first thing that not just empowers us but motivates us. This alone is how we're wired by default. Sometimes in life we're at the edge of disappointment and nothing seem to work and at this point in time, we need to be Internally motivate, strengthened by our own resolve before we can be externally influenced.

Nevertheless, each and every one draws their strength from something different, from the most trivial things to things that stands out and for someone like me, one of the ways I draw my strength is from my endless love for life. Many do not know, but this is a huge motivation. I find life to be beautiful, this consciousness, body and the environment, the beauty of breathing, feeling the air on my skin and the sun on my face.

Nature has a way of leaving a compelling impact on someone and whenever I feel demotivated, zapped out and generally questioning the true purpose of my existence. One's consciousness has gotten attached to the beauty of existing and when there's the obvious fear of not being here to feel these things, the love for life bring an extra energy that somehow keeps me going against all odds.

I'm also empowered by the hope and the faith for a better tomorrow, one of the things that sees me through a difficult condition, is having hope that that situation, circumstance or condition is temporary. In life, there are challenging that takes away our ability to fight, and we all know that the moment we stop fighting is when we actually begin to drown.

Hope can be utterly underrated. When we hope for the best, there's no evidence that it will turn out the way we want, but just having something through which one's faith can be anchored on empowers one. This means that being hopeful is being positive. This feeling often keeps us tethered, holding on and hoping a difficult phase will eventually pass when we keep struggling.

Another thing is having the right people The right people are everything in life, we humans, we thrive on the blessing of companionship. This means that we tap from the lessons and experience of others. For example, failure stories and success stories. Seeing someone who has survived despite all odds gives us the feeling and hope that we can do it too.

Inadvertently, we draw strength and inspiration from this. Sometimes we often feel that a lot of things are impossible in life, even when we see others fail, we're somehow empowered to try the same things but with different approach. One way or the other, the failure or success of people around us strengthens us rather differently and this is a process that has often taken me rather far in life.

Moreover, another thing, is the supernatural factor; God. While this might seem mundane to some, one's believe in God brings an inexplicable strength. We're one way or the other wired to a divine root source. One's connection to a metaphysical force, a true attachment to spirituality beyond the human logical reckoning, is often key.

There are times in my life where I know and feel that I'm out, nothing drives me. At that point I can no longer find an external energy, that condition feels permanent, it's like I'm spiraling down a rabbit without even the slightest urge to fight for my life. This is when I begin to hope on God, holding on to his omniscient divinity to draw me out of unpleasant situation which I feel powerless about. This one its own brings hope, when we stick to one last divine branch, hoping it'll hold us from falling, it empowers us to hope when every chip are down.

Having God, the right people, and a conviction that everything is temporary is a great way of staying motivated

That is because no matter what happens you are convinced that life will never give you a battle, you will be unable to fight

Well sometimes life can give us battles we can't fight, we only leverage our believe in God that we're empowered to overcome such battles, having God and the right people is paramount. Thank you so much, how's it been?

Well sometimes life can give us battles we can't fight,

No I disagree

The scripture says somewhere that, "no temptation has taken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, he will not allow you to be tempted beyond your strength, and the temptations will also provide a way of escape, that you may be able to endure""

So life will only give us battles we can fight, because God is a faithful God

Thank you so much, how's it been?

I am okay, thanks for asking dear

Yeah that's why I said that without God as a huge factor in our existence, we would face things that are bigger than us.

I am okay, thanks for asking dear

This 'hope for a better tomorrow' is something I hold dear in my life. I'm not living that perfect life that I dreamed of at the moment but I'm doing what I'm doing because I have hope of reaching greater heights in the future.

I never really had many people around me. I'm always the lone Wolf type and it's because l grew up in a city with they do gang shits all the time. I hated it so, l just go solo.

But since last year till now that I got into writing, I've been able to meet people in this virtual world and we've passed through a lot together.

Whenever I look at how things have been, it gives me the motivation that something good will meet all of us

I'm guessing the City you're talking about is Porthacourt?
Well I don't feel like Lagos is also that place where you can get all that amazing people, I guess sometimes we can only discern.
I've met really amazing people too over the years here on the chain that's been almost like family to me and sometimes I look at myself and I believe all these factors will lead to a better tomorrow for me as well, that hope is always there and it does wonders.
Thank you always man for dropping by.

You've summarized everything in just two sentences and it goes a long way and feels really surprising that there's always one last hope when there's no hope again. Thanks for dropping by. I'm following you.

Imagine an exciting future. That's what works for me. Whenever I feel frustrated, I leave everything and think about what if I do something and everything will result in my favor?
What if there were only better things in my future?

Makes me feel better and motivates me to get back to work.🙂

Well, hope in a better future makes us imagine even better and it becomes a motivation for us to actually continue.

Each and every thought we have vibrates outward into the universe.
Attracting and repelling associated energies back to where your thoughts came from.
So be sure to be having groovy thoughts so groovy people can vibrate towards ya.

God is the main reason we keep pushing….
if God does not build the house, the builder builds in vain.

Life is to precious to toss around with, I wonder how those young boys managed to jeopardize their life’s by joining secret cult

Definitely right about this, I use to take my faith in the fact that God will intervene rather seriously, because I believe it's really taken me very far.
