Oh, no! Not again... Another talk about the Hive? Why are you doing this, ph? We are already here on the Hive... We don't need more talk about it...

Every now and then, we have doubts about the work that we are doing at moment... When we got that feeling, it's time to reflect, and take a look where are we, where we were, and where are we going...
After doing that, we can get two possible answers... To quit, or to push even harder...
This time, I would like to take you to the past... The time before Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and maybe Twitter... To see how it was at the beginning of the #socialmedia network movement...
About 2 decades before, there were no these networks, but we had some others... And they were good for that time... You could use them for website promotion, and you could earn some money through them...
Everything was super and great, but why they aren't with us anymore?
There are a lot of variables why, but I have discussed the most visible issues that they had... Take a look in the video...

Whatever we have 2 decades back was good that time but not now and things have to change with passage of time.

A lot of projects from the past aren't here today... They had some serious failures that they didn't succeed to solve... We have some great tools that have solved some of the issues, and we are improving more and more... And that's a promising thing... ;)

Where do you find a social media website where the users actually want to promote their platform? Nobody makes willing adverts for twitter and facebook. They just use it...
It's something so amazing to see how much we love this platform and want to show to the world what they are missing out :-)
Yup! People just have to realize that THEY WON this platform! And when you are owning something, you keep it clean, and try to improve it, renew it, make it better!

If you see in terms of price, it does not reach the previous level that once STEEM reached. But the way Hive is moving forward, it has a bright future, that's for sure. Let's build and grow together on hive blockchain.
Price is irrelevant in this phase, as every crypto project had the same history... The important thing is development on the platform and great little gadgets, dapps that solve problems!

I am really glad you made this video, because it's important to remember we all can learn from another on a continuous basis here on Hive. I know I have grown & evolved in my path, learning from others, whether it was in discovering the different tools or mechanics of the blockchain or from each other's stories. There's always room to grow. We just need to be open to it.
The price of Hive is showing our growth. Yes, it may not be $1 yet but we are on the way. As long as we keep building our communities & our strength, we will get there. What's that saying? Slow & steady wins the race! ;)

Learning from each other, learning from other platforms that are not with us because of reactive attitude... I'm glad that some people here look a bit more into the future and thinking proactive... Finding new challenges before they even appeared is a good way to build some healthy foundations... And Hive has it...
Not just in dApps that we have (and keep creating new ones), but also in people that are the strongest part of this whole blockchain!

Yes, there are good tools, but the engagement on hive is still in its infant stages.
Yes, engagement is still in "infant stages", but that things should come from the people... Actually, I am very happy with engagement in my posts... So, it depends on the content, also... And a healthy relationship between the author and reader...
