It was very interesting. I did doze off half way through, but that's 'cos I'm normally asleep by 10.00 gmt!

Understandable, these are some very thick subjects.. The way I'm approaching it, is to present an outline of the idea, and then over following episodes fill in more and more details. This means that when I first introduce a subject, it can be a little overwhelming.
